great location just a short walk from Taksim Square, friendly & helpful staff, clean room, pool and spa facilities, close to hospital

Bathroom was small. Pool needed maintenance... few broken tiles

The breakfast was not as we expected

We had such a great stay at this hotel and honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s in a perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Taksim Square. The indoor car park was a big plus for us. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also has a nice spa and a terrace that’s perfect for relaxing or chatting with other guests, it has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What really made this place stand out and our stay unforgettable for us, was exceptional the staff. Serkan and his great team, especially Duygu and Ozan, were amazing. So friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. They really made us feel special. Ozan was kind and warm, he went the extra mile providing us with a lot of information about Istanbul and places to visit, tailored to our interests. One of the highlights was when they surprised our daughter with a birthday cake, it was such a thoughtful gesture and totally made her day. We’ve experienced Turkish hospitality before, but this stay really took it to another level. We’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Room was clean, beds confortable, a little bit small (but ok for a couple of days). Location was ok, about 10 minutes to Taksim Square (Metro and Bus stations). Pool is small, but it;s nice if you want to relax at the end of the day. Breakfast was fine, enough options to choose from. A very pleasent surprise, the hotel bought a cake for my birthday!

The garage is small and in an old building, cars are blocked and you need to leave the keys at the reception if there is a need to move them, but it's far better than leaving it on the street.

Just a short walk of Taksim Sq, and close to the metro to go to Sultanahmet. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options.

Staff was not friendly or engaging. Cleaning could be improved.

Very cooperative and friendly staff. They guided us throughout our trip. Duygu, Serkan and all other staff members ensured our comfortable stay in the hotel. The rooms are slightly smaller compared to the ones shown in the picture but were comfortable enough and had all the amenities.

Although it's not far from Taksim Square but the road has a steep slope which may pose a difficulty for elderly or those with joint problems.

Spa atmosphere is great. Friendly staff.

While the bathrooms of the rooms are renovated and perfectly cleaned, the mattresses in some of the rooms need to be changed, as they are pretty old.

I would like to talk about the staff... What a wonderful staff they have, each and every person in the hotel was extremely kind and amazing... Ayoub since the first moments took care of our reservations, he was always kind and always made sure to help us with out stuff when we arrive to the hotel... Duygu was a sweetheart, very helpful and caring especially with my little girls... I wish I could remember the name of each person of the staff because they were truly amazing, all the staff that stay at the reception! The manager was also very helpful, a true gentleman, you can see him even taking care of the breakfast details... You can see the whole hotel has excellent staff starting with the manager and ending with the whole staff!

the rooms are small but again that is not a problem(it is mentioned that it is a boutique hotel) when you have a super helpful staff and super clean room with all what you need!

The location of the hotel was very good as it was nearby food stores, restaurants and Taksim Square was about a 5 minute walk; This facilitated our journeys to other places because from Taksim Square, we could easily take any method of transportation such as the metro or bus. In addition to that, staff members at the hotel were exceptionally polite and helpful. They were all always available to help in any way possible. I would like to highlight that Ayoub has been extremely kind and has gone out of his way many times to assist us.

It's the best hotel I've ever been to, the staff are attentive, we arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and they let us into the room ahead of time, and they also offered us breakfast, which I've never seen in any country or in any hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms were cleaned every day, the food was varied and rich. The girl who stood at the desk was especially attentive, she even surprised my friend who had a birthday by bringing a festive cake with a candle during breakfast. Every time I come to Istanbul, I will stay at this hotel.
