Super friendly hosts and administrators. All of the room is perfectly the same top quality as on the pictures! Hassle free check-in and super helpful checkout- allowed us to stay longer with no additional charge. Will definitely come again and recommend to all who is looking for calm place to stay around city center and Taksim square. Additional benefit the hotel located within 10 min walking distance both from Metro and Havaist buses from both airports coming to Taksim.

Sorry the maximum I can give is 10 points only, I would've given at least 100! I chose this hotel because they're probably the only place in the whole city without a single negative review. The accommodation is spotless! Everything's brand new (we booked two rooms). Great location. The staff are more like good friends dedicated into whatever issues you might have than just professional well trained team. The best service I've ever had at a hotel in fact. It says "adults only" policy, so we called in advance to sort out this thing as we were travelling with two teenagers. Will definitely recommend the accommodation to my friends and family.

The place was incredibly cozy and charming, but what truly stood out was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make things easier for me in a foreign country. I fell ill just two days into my trip, and since most pharmacies were closed, they provided me with the address of one that stayed open all night. They even offered to take me to the emergency room, which nearly brought me to tears—it meant so much to feel that cared for in an unfamiliar place. Although I couldn’t fully enjoy the city due to the weather, their kindness made all the difference.

They don't provide water and pocket tea every day, although when I got sick, they gave extra 2 bottles of water when I forgot to buy, which I appreciated. I think they can provide it themselves every day, tho it is not big a deal.

A pleasant and tidy place to stay. Although the hotel didn’t have an elevator, the staff kindly helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. One day, we accidentally left our rings in the room. The cleaner not only cleaned the entire space impeccably but also carefully set our rings aside. We were truly impressed by the honesty and professionalism. The housekeeping was spotless.

It's perfect location. Only 8 mins walk from Taksim square which is very well connected with other parts of Istanbul by public transport and even SAW airport (Havabus stop is only 10 mins walk away). Property doesn't provide breakfast but I believe you can make a cup of coffee and tea and your own toast downstairs as they have a facilities for it which we didn't use. There are plenty of places to go to. Also staff would recommend you places to go which are nothing to do with promotions and are truly honest recommendations. Property is spotless clean and has a family feel. The staff met all our requirements and even provide us with early check in, organised shuttle to airport so we didnt have to deal with it on our own. On a rainy day they gave us umbrellas which was a lovely gesture. Pictures are truly represents the property. It has all the basics for a short trip (kettle, fridge, blow dryer). We felt safe and welcomed there.

Perfect location, great staff (especially Cem). It's 5 mins walk from Taksim square and Istiklal street with lots of stores - perfect area for shopping! Property is spotless clean and has modern furniture. We stayed in an apartment with balcony - it was perfect for 3 adults. The building is new and the area is quiet. Pictures truly represents the property. It has all the basics for a short trip (kettle, fridge, blow dryer). We felt safe and welcomed there.

The place is really amazing. It's location is very convenient as it's very close to Taksim. It's one street and less than 5 minutes walk. So it's really close but still very quiet which is a rare combination. The staff are the highlight of our stay and they keep the place private and family oriented. They clean the room every other day and they are willing to help with anything you ask them. The rooms are clean and cozy. They have a range of rooms up to hotel apartments.

All the staff members i met at calanthe residence were extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. The room size, wifi and cleanliness were very good. I will stay again if i visit istanbul in the future.

I recommend to have daily room housekeeping/cleaning. The view from the room is not the best.

Staff was great, they waited for me till late at night for late check in. They were also helpful during the stay and clean room which was very nice. Toom was as described.

Internet was very slow, however was told this was due to an internet infrastructure repair.

The stuff was amazing and kind, always available to support and give us tips about the city. The terraces were beautiful and perfect for a breakfast on one side, and drinking in the evening on the other. The beds were decently comfy

There was no lift till 3rd floor. The ceiling was a bit too low, since it was the last floor. Sometimes we were running out of water. Probably a city issue
