Kitchenette has a fridge and an electric pot to heat your water but there are no utensils or dishes or pots and pans to heat food. So probably shouldn’t advertise the kitchenette unless you mention these missing items.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and super helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Taksim, the metro, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city. A special thanks to Osman, the best hotel manager ever! His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Tesekkürler for the delicious Turkish coffee! 🤩🙏 I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite; we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the daily room cleaning service with fresh towels and water everyday. We stayed in the biggest family room for 4 people, a very comfortable room with a small balcony. One of the best parts of the whole trip was the location of the hotel (5 minutes to Taksim Square) and the exceptionally kind and friendly receptionist guys, as well as the other staff. Overall, it is a cosy, nice, family-run place. I would come back again and highly recommend it to others.

Just a heads up, the elevator is tiny, a big suitcase might not fit; nevertheless, the rest was perfect!

The hotel's location was excellent—just a short walk from Taksim Square. What I appreciated most was that, despite being so central, the street itself was quiet, making it perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Another highlight of my stay was the hotel staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and I would like to give special thanks to Osman for his exceptional hospitality. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the breakfast offered a nice variety that changed each day. This thoughtful touch contributed greatly to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

Cute place and bigger than first expected. The cleaning staff and cook were very polite though they didn’t speak English the greatest but it is turkey after all. Me and my girlfriend had an issue with air conditioning and were given a spare room to use for the remainder of our trip. Lastly Osman, Melic and Omer were very polite and always on hand to help very hard working gentleman. Would stay here again no doubt !! 😁🙏🏻

The location is a little rural but they make up for it with how close they are to the city centre. Also these robbing problems you read of never happened when me and my partner stayed

The hotel is a two storey building with a lift. It has 17 apartments, (I heard that some of the apartments are family apartments with a kitchen.) Our apartment however was a single room. It was of average size but had everything that one would need for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and the hotel looked well maintained. The staff, Osman, was very kind, helpful and lovely to interact. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The included breakfast had a wide variety and was very well presented. It was one of the best breakfasts that we had on this trip in Turkey. We wished we had stayed here longer.

I had booked the family suite, and overall, my stay was very satisfying. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a wonderful city view. The breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. A special mention to Mumtaj, who was incredibly helpful in arranging my airport taxi for the drop-off, ensuring a smooth experience. The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk to Istiklal Street and within walking distance of the metro station, making it very convenient to explore the city.

The washroom in the family suite felt a bit small for the size of the room and the needs of a family. While it was clean and functional, a larger washroom would have greatly enhanced the comfort of our stay. The family suite is located on the terrace level, and while the lift goes up to the 3rd floor, you need to take some stairs to reach the room. This might be inconvenient for families with elderly members or those carrying heavy luggage. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the friendly service made up for the shortcomings :)

Centrally located, very close to Taksim square, accessible to metro, reasonable distance to tourist attractions. Quiet and safe street. Restaurants and markets at close proximity. Breakfast fairly okay, fresh salad everyday, hot food varies everyday. Miso was very accommodating and a troubleshooter. Staff does daily room service, bottled water provided everyday. Highly recommendable. Would love to come back.

The shower cubicle is single occupant.

The hotel is 10-15 mins walk to Taksim square and Taksim metro station. Its placed in the center but uphill, from the square the walk is not too steep. The staffs were excellent, very helpful & friendly. Infact we had issues with the AC temp in our room and they provided us with another room the next day itself. They helped with airport transfers too. The rooms are clean and they have housekeeping everyday to clean your rooms. After a long tiring day, you can relax the evening on their balconies attached with the room or even the small quadrangle near the billiards table. Breakfast is ok with some varieties everyday, but if you need different variety in egg you need to pay extra. All in all a decent place to stay in a quite alley closer to Taksim square.

Would prefer to have options in egg for breakfast without paying extra. We found a big cockroach in our room on the first day itself but it may be coz the window was open, which we didn't notice. They immediately took care of it and helped to make us comfortable throughout our stay. Don't take me wrong as it was not the issue with the property but it's the neighbourhood. Also I would like to add that the lighting in rooms were very dim.
