Location is excellent and a very safe area. Very easy to access the Metro via funicular which takes you direct to all the main sites. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of local choices. We enjoyed it.

We used the hotel spa services. I would not recommend this due to lack of privacy. There were male staff walking in without notice when we were in the sauna. The changing area was open and staff could see through the screen. Overall the massage rooms, changing area, surrounding areas were not very clean. We found a much better and calming spa the next day within the same block.

The location is exceptional, staff are amazing and very helpful. Typical Turkish hospitality. The hotel building is old however there has been a recent renovation in rooms. I was here for business and for this purpose the hotel was the ideal choice.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of Taksim Square, very close to public transportation that will get you to the city most famous attractions, also very close to very good restaurants and everything you'll need for your stay. It's a very good price-quality relation. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very good.

The rooms don't seem to be soundproof, because there's a lot of noise coming from the street but also from the hall and corridors. We had some trouble sleeping because of that. Also, the communication in English with the staff was not always easy which made things a bit difficultlt. But they are very kind and helpful.

Everything was good..ramp was there since i have a wheelchair..the rooms were connected in a way i can take care of my childs..the stf was friendly and helpful.location was good ..hotel renewed and clean..breakfast was good although same dishes were served every day..

The breakfast was same everyday includes (egg scrambles and boiled)..local pastries..sweets..cereals..bread..salad turkey.. and borek.. Althiugh of putting no need for clean sign they knoks the door asking for clean..if u have a wheelchair or baby strollers u might feel uncomfortable with corridors..

The hotel was everything I hoped it would be. The staff especially at the reception were amazing and made check in and check out very easy. We were offered late checkout because I was traveling with a baby. Sarkan and Barel were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The highlight of our trip was the pool and spa as well as the hotel location (walking distance to Taksim Square). I would definitely be booking here again!

First of all, many thanks to Mr.Serkan, the most hospitable, kind, and problem solver staff in Nova Plaza Orion. The best competitive option is room size compared to the other hotels in this area. Location is also great

Breakfast quality was too poor. Using the leftovers from previous days (exm sausages or boild eggs). The whole week tv didn't work. Wifi has been disconnected for a couple of hours in 2 days. No Iron, no electric cattle, however as soon as I asked Mr.Serkan he provided in a couple of minutes

I loved the view of the Bosphorus from the room. The hotel is very well located, close to Istiklal and the metro station. The staff, especially at the reception, the housekeeper... were fantastic. Aslı was especially sweet with my baby. The hotel was clean, with fresh sheets every day. My requests (baby bed, room on a higher floor) were perfectly accommodated. I highly recommend this hotel!

The only point to improve would be the breakfast.
