Very Bad Wifi in the room

Fantastic location. This was the best hotel of the 4 we stayed at in Turkey. Room was very clean and spacious. It had the comfiest beds, best breakfast and excellent staff. They accommodated us with a late checkout so we could maximize our time in Istanbul. Yilmaz was very kind and helpful. This hotel exceeded our expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

Why is Istanbul gorgeous? A tough question to answer, but to keep it simple, it’s all about its people! And the Nova Plaza Crystal's Team is no exception. Pleasant smiles, warm greetings, and an eagerness to help—these are the least you can expect there. Kübra, Vedat, Yilmaz, and Halil, we are truly thankful for making our holiday a remarkable one. Specifics? A free upgrade to a breathtaking panoramic-view room, an amazing location from which we were able to reach every single attraction in the city, proximity to the airport-line bus station (so helpful), and clean, modern facilities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff were superb—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was exactly as described in the photos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. It provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for my stay. The location is another highlight, as it's just a stone's throw away from Taksim Square and the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again on my next visit. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with exceptional service, this is the place!

Lifts were small and slow. This can improve.

The hotel, service and food was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were quiet and clean and well lit and comfortable. The location is amazing. The breakfast spread is quite good with made to order omelettes and fresh pancakes. Mehmet and Kubra were very helpful at every stage of the stay, and courteous, friendly and professional. Duygu and Orhan were also friendly and responsive at the front desk. We would definitely consider staying here again

the pool was not functioning during our entire stay, which was a big disappointment for the kids. Apparently it's not been functioning for a couple of weeks. It is not acceptable that such a major amenity be left unfixed for so long. Pool was a big factor in our decision to book this hotel.

the staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Orhan and Mr. Javuz.

I did not like the fact that they had guests with aesthetic interventions. It was not pleasant to eat and meet people with blood on their heads and faces. I will not go again because I can not see blood.

The staff Yilmaz was very helpful and the rest of the staff were so kind too. The property was comfortable and accessible to all the amnesties. I would recommend this property and definitely come back next time

The downside is the toilet sink drainage smells. We are in the top floor with balcony and sea view it’s beautiful. Only thing no lift to access this room. U need to use the stairs. If you have issue climbing the stairs with heavy luggage, u might think about it

We had a great time at the hotel, staff were very kind and helpful from the beginning. The room was very spacious and clean and the lady cleaned it every day. Breakfast was amazing, a bit repetitive but there were plenty options to choose from. Location was perfect and safe, right next to the Taksim Metro station so everything is accessible.

I really have nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your vacation in Istanbul.
