I went to breakfast late so some items were not replenished, that is, I got the last of some food items. But the staff was great and efficient. My adapter broke and the staff got me one in no time. The location was really great, close to the Square, restaurants, taxis, ATMs, shops.

Located just steps away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, the hotel's prime location offers easy access to Istanbul's landmarks and vibrant attractions. very easy public transport. my room also had an amazing Sea view and I was very happy with the side of the balcony.

The first thing to say is that Mr. Mert was very friendly and helpful when we first arrived at the hotel. We requested for a room with balcony in the higher levels, and he facilitated it for us. I think we got one of the best rooms in the hotel with an amazing view to Bosphorus as well as to the other side of the city. Other staff were also helpful and friendly and brought our luggages to our room. When we were leaving, they helped us bring our heavy luggages downstairs. Every time we called the reception, we were provided with free water. The room was cleaned daily. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast was amazing, and during our 11-nights stay, there was always something new to try. It starts from 7 to 10am, and any time you go for breakfast, all the food is refilled and you won't miss anything. Even though the hotel is quite close to the Taksim square, the room was very quiet and you can easily sleep at night. The location is awesome, and you can simply walk for 2 minutes to reach Taksim square, where you can take all sorts of public transport like Bus and Metro. One great thing is that we could turn on the air conditioner any time we wanted. There are so many restaurants and supermarkets nearby and you can always get what you need easily. They also can arrange airport transfer if you request. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Riva Hotel, and we definitely recommend it to travellers if they want a great and memorable stay at Istanbul.

Location All Staff Except Some one in the restaurant was rude

an incident from 26/09/2024, just after 10 AM. While my wife and I were the last customers in the restaurant, one of your staff members forcefully closed the door on her while she was still exiting, without offering any apology. This same staff member has been consistently unfriendly in his responses, unlike the rest of your team, who are always polite and welcoming. I hope this can be addressed. Thank you

It was beautiful, they upgraded my room to the suite on the top floor with a balcony and a beautiful view of the city.

Honestly, the service was perfect. My room was looked after everyday when I left my room, by the time I return the room was in perfect condition, new towels, bed sheets were good. Amazing service!

Stuff very friendly, daily amenities, coffee; water... and the last day they granted us a basket full of fruits plus water...location great and some view from the balcony you can see the bosphorus and the bridge. The room was too big.

Some place in the room has weak wifi

Greeted by friendly staff- Mert Sahin managed our check in and check out. The bell boy Kemal was really helpful assist our luggages and profesionally handled it. The restaurant guy Selim served us with warm hospitality. We extend out stay another night with good price with the help of the reservation manager (forgot the guy name)
