Location is very central. Especially Istiklal street is very close. Staff were helpful, answered all our questions. It is very close to Havabus (to airport) bus station which was a big bonus for us. Cleaners asked to clean the room every day, replaced our towels as we requested. Availability of drinking water bottles at the reception was very convenient.

Lift is a little small but we didnt mind as a coupe. Rooms facing the square has connection doors for family stays. It doesn’t stop the noise from next door. Our neighbour was listening loud music the last night, which was a bit disturbing while we were at the living room. But bedroom was far away enough not to hear it.

The location, the staff and the size of the apartment were great. The equipment all around the apartment was great too. Bonus point for the smart TV with Netflix and a bunch of other apps. You can easily find anything around the hotel.

It gets noisy as it is by the main square, so there is a lot of traffic all day (and night!). Having soundproof windows would optimise the stay at these apartments so much. The bed was very comfortable although a bit noisy, nothing that will bother you to the extreme but it could be replaced to make the stay more comfortable. We were there in March when it was very cold outside, and from the windows we got cold air even though they were closed.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Taksim, close to all services and public transportation—especially the shuttle buses connecting Sabiha Airport to Taksim—which makes it a very convenient choice for short stays or shopping trips. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they kindly upgraded my room free of charge, which added a nice touch to the stay. The room was clean and had a stylish design, but it was a bit warm due to the central air conditioning not being in operation during this time of year. The view from the room was also not as great as expected. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a vibrant location and good service, particularly for short visits or shopping-focused stays.

They upgraded me to Junior Suite from Deluxe Room which I must thanks and appreciate Mr. Jawahar and Ms. Sema, both of them were so welcoming and helpful in everything. The room was good with comfortable mattress, The little living room with sofa and dinning table & bathroom with tub, The room service was done on daily basis that was good thing, overall I had a good stay and for sure will stay again if I visit Istanbul in future. The hotel is centrally located walkable distance from Taksim Square and Taksim Metro and Bus Station and many other places such as hotels, restaurants, exchange, medical etc....

Had to adjust with the internet, some times it was slow.

A wonderful, clean, warm and spacious room in the very center of Taksim. We were given a higher category apartment. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, the room is very warm, pleasant lighting that can be adjusted. Very polite and helpful people at the reception helped us with all our questions. A very nice woman was ready to give us the necessary room service every day. This is the best option for me and I will definitely come back here!

We had a very pleasant stay in Taxim Suites . The team is just amazing very helpful, polite, ready for anything we ask for always with a smile, very genuine people Sema ,Jawhar ,Rami and Serpil , they go above and beyond to please their customers. I truly appreciate them all ,they became a family to us ❤️ Not to mention of course the magic of Istambul 🧿 The location is very convenient for public transportation, shopping even just walking ,the most important condition the area is flat no hills . We extended our stay from 3 nights to 10 because of being so comfortable with the hotel and the incredible staff .

First I would like to thanks the staff for helping and supporting during my stay and for upgrading my room. The location was perfect, it’s near to Taksim square and there are a lot of facilities near by such as money exchange, cold store , restaurants and shisha cafes … etc.

I didn’t like the elevator it is for two persons use only, I was not able to enter it with my wife and doughtier trolley. The room was noisy from the outdoor cars we were uncomfortable because of the sound.

Absolutely great hotel staff! Kind Mehmet, Rami, and Refik in the lobby, always ready to help lady Birsen and other people who work in the Taxim Suites! A magnificent view from the windows of the Bosphorus Strait with passing ships, Çamlıca hill with a famous new TV tower, a Gezi Park, and the sun in the morning. Good sound insulation of windows — I am never worried by the cars' noise, but even my family was not bothered by them in the evenings and at nights, despite a busy intersection nearby. By the way, the crossroad below is somewhat reminiscent of the famous Shibuya crossroad in Tokyo. The hotel's location is very convenient: here, you will find the subway here, Taksim Square with Istiklal Street in two or three minutes on foot, many grocery stores (there is a mini-Carrefour, for example, through one house), and cafes for every taste. Gezi Park is across the street, and a five-minute walk away is the huge Maçka Park with a cable car, wonderful playgrounds for children, and lots of cats. Transport departs from Taksim Square, including a funicular descending to Kabataş port, from where you can easily transfer to a tram, vapour ferry, or metro or walk to many attractions. The hotel has a retro elevator, equipped with modern machinery. Its beautiful wooden cabin will allow you to feel for a couple of minutes in the distant past. Regarding the room with a kitchen and all the necessary accessories, it was very convenient to make coffee in the morning, make breakfast, and enjoy it while admiring the amazing views of the morning city. We bought some little things like sponges and dishwashing detergents on the very first day at the supermarket, according to our preferences, along with the products. This is convenient if you are traveling as a family. It was nice time here, and we would come back next time!

The Miyako suite 203 is on the 2nd floor overlooking a quiet street. the area has changed extensively for the better since I was here in 2011. The staff reception and cleaning are great. The suite was clean when I arrived, and the crockery and bed were clean when I returned at night. I could make tea and reheat a meal in the microwave if I wished. The mattress is clean and just as firm as I like. I was impressed with the experience and I think it excellent value for the area. I recommend this hotel for easy access to the hava bus to both airports. you can see the buses lined up just past the Point Hotel. istiklal street is iconic of course, and Geza Park has a nice cafe to enjoy a quiet spot in the shade. The buses take you to Besiktas for great food, or the funicular to get to Kabatas for the islands or the tram system. you can get the Istanbul kart in the Metro- one of the yellow machines will provide a new card, though most only top up.

There are maintenance issues which didn’t affect my stay and were not repaired by the end of my 3 night stay. Only 2 of the sockets in the suite worked. The stair rail fell off when I went to the basement to use the bathroom.

Excellent staff felt at home. Took very good care of me, was clean and thoughtful, and accommodated my requests. I did some online shopping prior to my arrival, and they helped me with that. The cleaners even folded my clothing. The staff was always smiling and lovely, friendly and funny. I will always come back when I am back in the city. The building had a Titanic-style elevator, which felt like time travel every time I used it, I loved it! Very charming and very charismatic ambiance.
