The staff especially the room service and the staff at breakfast.

Amenities were only provided on first day. That was a surprise for a five stars hotel, thus we had to go out to purchase these items.

Room was too hot with automatic heating that we couldn’t control. Extensive heat was unbearable and caused us to get annoyed during our stay, with almost no ability to sleep comfortably and eventually we got sick. You must allow control of temperature during winter. This is the 2nd year in a row we face this issue and I will not return to this property during winter unless the room temperature control is allowed during winter

Very welcoming staff since we entered the hotel it smells so nice all over the property room was very comfortable bathroom with shower and bathtub breakfast was delicious and the massage was also good the restaurant fine dining was very good and elegant we enjoyed the piano 🎹

Honestly the house keeping should improve the cleaning and look for details and dust.

Room is good size and very good bathroom. Location is perfect, you can do a lot of things walking. Gym is quite good and SPA as well, with sauna and massage available. Breakfast was awesome and service in general top quality.

Divan keeps the Turkish tradition of excellent hospitality! From their employees always getting out of their way to help, to their bedrooms, exquisite dinner cousine, great breakfast. Big and beautiful swimming pool even for swimming athletes, very adequate gym. Location is 10/10. Big thank when suddenly they brought me a cake to my room, sent me a hand written card and called me because it was my birthday! Will never forget this touching gesture! Divan should continue being what they are, top quality hoteliers with traditional Turkish hospitality!

Have spent innumerable nights in 5 star hotels. Divan has small things they can improve, but then all do. The minor thing was the lighting in the wardrobes, needed, a set of LEDs, in my humble opinion.
