I liked everything, the service was good. Of course, there were moments when the ice and plates were brought a bit slowly, but overall, everything was great.

The only thing I didn’t like was that my friend wasn’t allowed into our room. He didn’t stay overnight, yet we were told he had to remain in the lobby and we could only talk there, which seemed a bit unreasonable. So if you have friends in Turkey, I recommend being aware of this in advance. Also, the view from the room wasn’t great — it faced the neighboring buildings

Warm hospitality Fast response any time during the day (day and night) For which i would like to thank the receptionists of the moring and the night shifts for their fast response and help , specially that I have undergone a surgery during my stay in istanbul and all the staff was was so passionate to help The room.service was also so professional The night guy(Mr Burak ) was so good The manager of the hotel was very decent and I appreciate the complement gift of the hotel she gave me. The hotel had a feel of Turkey with furnishings and decor to set the scene in the foyer. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as we arrived the following morning due to flight changes.It is in walking distance of Taksim square in the new part of the city.

Breakfast was OK but as we were not used to the food in Turkey as we had only just arrived. However, we did not go hungry. Also it is situated close to many cafes with wide choices of food. Our deal did not include breakfast so it was not really a problem.

The staff are excellent, extremely friendly & helpful, the manager Ms. Seda is extremely approachable, very helpful & highly professional, she cares a lot for the clients & makes sure the stay is memorable. Mr. Gihan who was at the check in was extremely kind & very professional & another staff, Ardd was very helpful. These are some of the reasons, we keep coming back to the same hotel every year! The breakfast is awesome spread, the location is amazing! To stay here is always Like home away from home. ♥️ konak otel!

Very good location, very close to Taksim square and bus to and from Istanbul airport (IST) and Sabia Gocken airport. Nicely decorated and fashionable hotel. Handy for Metro. Good breakfast selection.

Only a few of the staff managed to smile, No "gunaydin" ("good morning") in breakfast room etc. My main dislike was the lack of a comfortable chair in the bedroom. Only a stool with no back. Had to lie on bed to be comfortable reading and watching television.

- perfect place to stay for one night if you have to switch between the airports for your connection, close to Havabus/Havaist stop - booked a room for one at the ground floor, received an upgrade to a triple corner room at floor 7 that had 3 windows, one of which was panoramic and had an exit into a long balcony - besides the lobby downstairs, they have plenty of chairs and some table near the lift at the room floor - furniture is not brand new, but clean - wifi works without issue - Very helpful and polite personnel - if you leave your luggage there after checkout, you receive a luggage card to collect it

They messed up on the type of rooms, and the attitude was abit like a Turkish Bazar come back in the morning to see if the room you book to stay becomes available..

Very nice and kind personnel. Extremely clean and comfortable. Downtown and not far from the historical sites; close to many commercial shops and nice restaurants. Breakfast super, wifi perfectly working. Highly recommendable. Next time we will return to this very nice hotel.

- It is a pretty old building and need renovation - The walls are not sound-proof and we could hear the voices from other room and street which were disturbing - The breakfast has good variety of foods except beverages. This option could be improved
