I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel, the location is near Taksim, just a few blocks away. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the amazing hotel staff who were always smiling and welcoming. However, what truly stood out to me was their exceptional level of care and professionalism. When I fell ill during my stay, the reception staff went above and beyond to ensure I received the help I needed by contacting a hospital and arranging an appointment for me. Their dedication to customer service and client orientation was truly outstanding. Thanks to their kindness and quick thinking, I felt well taken care of and supported during a difficult time. I am grateful for their assistance and will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Last two days there was working Taylan - in reception an bellboy named Muhammet and they are very kind and supportive, we are very content

When we arrived, we had to pay at reception, but staff said, taht we can’t pay by wallet and that they doesn’t care if we do not have another way to pay. After we asked to connect us with manager, but he also said, that “i’m not a bank, I can’t pay for you”. Afetr all of this, we were standing there about 40 minutes, tired after traveling and needed toilet and etc . Afer this, i asked again to try again to pay and they took another pos terminal and payment was successful at this time. This means that they could have helped from the beginning, but they wanted us to pay them in cash. And they didn't care about our situation. It was horrible

Good location, helpful staffs. + they provide nice breakfast. The menu changes little bit almost every day. It's not too fancy but you will be able to find everything you need. + I was a bit worried what if I get locked in the bathroom when I read one review. If you are worried just like I was, don't worry. The hotel has installed an emergency phone inside every bathroom so you will be able to get a help immediately if the same happens to you. This indicates that the hotel cares about the reviews and they always try to improve their service based on the reviews. I was impressed with their professionalism.

The day we arrived we were checked in by Niazi, who was very welcoming and very generous to upgrade our other two rooms to ones with balcony, same floor, next to each other. This made our stay with the family and kids very comfortable. We had to use a baby monitor and having a room next to ours was excellent. Our rooms were on the second floor, garden side, very quiet and comfortable. The rooms with the balcony are quite big with option of double bed or two singles plus a sofa bed. The breakfast was very good and everyone could find what they liked. The staff were very helpful whenever needed. Location is excellent. Directly out of the hotel there is a bus stop and taksim is only one bus stop away. Next to the hotel, there was a public park where our toddler enjoyed playing everyday. All in all I have been to Istanbul more than 8 times and Radisson Harbiye is a place I would definitely come back to.

The pillows were very light. A thicker pillow option should be provided.

Staff were absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Receptionist, Murat, was so helpful in getting the room that we wanted and bellboy, Erkan, would not let us carry a thing. Breakfast was so good that it took care of breakfast and lunch. Room and bathroom was large and comfortable.

No pool

its regular as all Radisson’s, normal, clean and comfy. Close to city centre, also to Nisantasi. but its in calm area. the Bus station to the airports is just 3-4 minute away. Oh the staff was good, smiling while serving, very helpful . cause i had a stay in another hotel days before, where the staff was too rude, no helpful and no smile at all, like ready to send you back home:)) so i was happy to move to Radisson, also wi-fi was good here. If i ever visit Istanbul again and stay in that side of city, my choice will be Radisson again

Nice hotel with very good location at Taksim (Istiklal Avenue by 5min. walk only). There are nice coffee places and restaurants around. Staff was exceptional! They were very nice and helpful. Hotel has nice sauna and small gym. The price was good considering you are staying in center of Istanbul. I would definitely recommend this one to everyone.

Gym could be bigger with some more equipment for workout.

A bit expensive

I got the hotel with no breakfast included by mistake. They ask for 20€ per person which is very high compared to all around Taksim never exceed 10€. Also transfer from and to the airport they ask for 80€, I got it for 37$ amazing car and polite driver with WiFi included. Those small things make a big difference for me .

Location amazing ( access to bus station in front of the hotel, and metro station very close). Very clean and amazing staff

The staff were respectful and helpful to a great degree, and I thank Miss Amina and the manager Mustafa for their good cooperation and welcome..The hotel is one of the best 4-star hotels in Taksim in terms of cleanliness, calmness, and the treatment of the staff..The size of the rooms is reasonable for two people, and my room had two beds, and the hotel is good for those looking For a clean and economical hotel

The Wi-Fi in the room is very weak, and there are areas in the room that are almost non-existent..The towels are clean, but rough to the touch..Guests are allowed to enter the room, but on condition that they pay 30 euros
