Nice comfortable, clean hotel. Small fridge and kettle in the room. 3 minutes walk to where I was getting Dental treatment and 5 mins to Taxim square. Lovely friendly staff. I've stayed here before and would come back.

Hot water for showers can be hit and miss... especially in the morning. No bedside lamp

The stay was so enjoyable. The hotel is close to the heart of the city, clean and has everything you need. The staff is very nice and attentive. I would 100% choose this hotel again ☺️

Can be more clean; bed sheets and the floors of the room. Also, tv wasn't working.

The staff was helpful and responsive, despite the language barrier. The hotel is as walking distance from Taksim Square making it easily accessible.

The rooms are only cleaned upon guest request as some guests don't like cleaners in their rooms during their stay. In my home country, hotel rooms are cleaned daily so this was surprising. However, once we indicated the need for daily cleaning, our room was cleaned every day.
