Our stay was great. Staff was super friendly and always ready to help with any case. Feeling like you are simply not guest but part of family. Location is perfect and so easy to reach Taksim or either Osmanbey and Nishantasi. I like the fact that for such great price we got a very clean room, very comfortable and in a very prime location! The neighborhood feels very cozy. The gentleman who was in charge if the place was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely consider booking it again in future

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was taken care of.

Definitely the localisation. 15min walking to Nisantasi with all the shops, metro and buses close by to get to every part of the city. The room had everything you needed. Shops are nearby to do the groceries.

On booking I paid for double room for 2 persons, I was travelling by myself, and that is also how I checked in, nevertheless I was with my friend while doing that. I was told if my friend would like to stay with me for a night or even longer there is no problem we just need to give his documents and that's all. (at that time my friend was already staying somewhere else that's why we said no). Unfortunately when I came after 2 days and asked about checking in also my friend to my room suddenly I heard it should be paid additionally. 1 night cost even more than I paid for a night..thats i think is a big misunderstanding and definitely people working there should consult the versions they are telling the customers or define the approach for the payment if any.

This hotel is a very clean and tidy hotel. The staff is very helpful. There is a kitchen in the room to meet all your needs. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. There are many markets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Istanbul is an ideal place for a holiday. I recommend. The hotel manager is very polite and kind. thanks.👍🏻

Just had the best stay at Elegance Suites after my rhinoplasty in Istanbul. It was exactly what I needed for a smooth recovery. Amazing staff! Super friendly, helpful, and always available – no matter what time I needed something. They made everything feel stress-free, which was a huge plus. Great location. It's close to Taksim Square for when you're feeling up for exploring, but on a quieter street so you can get some peace and quiet. Perfect for post-surgery relaxation! The suite itself was fantastic - super clean, tidy, and the bed was seriously comfy. It had everything I needed for a short stay, plus room service was available if I needed anything extra. The Wi-Fi was also on point, no issues there. Big thanks to the Elegance Suites team for making my stay so comfortable!

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about my stay.

First time in the country and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Great location; close to minimarkets, eateries, metro, bus stops, Taksim Square, barbers, ATMs. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and attentive, in particular Qusai, Mustafa, Shamuz. The room was clean and spacious. I had an issue with the AC in my room and the staff were very apologetic and moved me to a different room. The bed was comfortable and the en-suite was good, not too noisy but bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. There is a washing machine on-site which they kindly let me use. WiFi was okay and the connection/speed was significantly improved just before I left. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it. The polite and hospitable staff made the experience much better.

We spent five days in Istanbul and loved this hotel. It was a pleasant surprise to find out it's close (walkable distance) to major tourist spots like Istiklal Street, the Galata Tower, ferry stations, and even popular food like 'wet burgers'. Besides the location, there's a nice café nearby called Polo and affordable grocery stores like Şok. On the way from hotel to Istiklal Street, we found plenty of places to exchange currency at good rates. The room was really clean with fresh bedclothes and equipped with essential amenities including a functional electric stove and fridge. The hotel staff, especially Khusain (if I got the name right), were super friendly and helpful. Their friendliness truly set a high standard and made our stay great. Overall it's a strong 9 out of 10.

The internet had some issues, not ideal for online meetings, but it was fine for watching movies, whatsapp calls and basic browsing. However, I'm confident they will promptly resolve this.

Very kind, accommodating and exceptional staff. I accidentally booked the incorrect dates and arrived a day early. They were so kind as to take me in and even upgrade my room. Hotel is clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Perfect location away from Taksim chaos, but close enough to walk to any area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
