The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Orhan was especially helpful. When we told him about a fault with the shower he made it his priority to fix it as soon as possible.

There was a slight smell of tobacco in the room. The lift only went to the fourth floor, so there was one flight of stairs to our room on the fifth floor (not a problem for us).

For me, everything was just fine. However, others might want to be aware that the room on the top floor requires climbing a few extra steps, which could be challenging for those who don’t like carrying luggage up stairs.

Good reception and hospitality from the employees, especially Hassan, he had a wonderful reception for us daily, and he constantly asks us if everything is fine, and he laughs with our young son, and Abdul Hadi is a very kind and helpful person, and both of them are a big additions to the place ‏ohh I was going to forget amazing Nour el din response for the room service when my son got tired, he asked about him every day to check he is going better thanks all 🤝🌹🌹🌹

While our stay at Luce Suites Taksim had its positives, such as the convenient location, there were notable drawbacks. Unfortunately, we found the lack of a microwave inconvenient, limiting our options for food preparation. Additionally, the internet service was disappointingly slow, making it difficult to stay connected. Another issue was the absence of liquid for washing plates, which was inconvenient, especially for families. These shortcomings detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The best part about Luce Suites is its location—just a 3-minute walk from the HAVAIST bus station, these are buses running to Istanbul airport and SAW airport. This was incredibly helpful and made getting around so convenient. The suite we stayed in was very nice and spacious, featuring a beautiful balcony and a jacuzzi. Another good thing about this hotel is the accessibility to essential services. There is a bus stop nearby, along with several currency exchange places and grocery stores, which made my stay hassle-free. There’s also a good café right below the hotel, perfect for a quick coffee or a bite to eat. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, amenities, and good service. I would definitely stay here again!

We were passing through Istanbul, so we needed a hotel that was close to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street and also the Havaist point to the airport. Everything came together perfectly here. The location is very convenient. The staff is polite and responsive, always in touch, also very understanding, they approached the fact that we arrived early. Despite the fact that check-in was later, they checked us in earlier, which was very convenient. Inside the small room there is enough space, air conditioning, kitchen and cooking utensils.

The dishes were washed carelessly. Also, there was no mirror in the room, only its frame. Otherwise, everything is fine.
