Staff is good, helpful and welcoming all the time The room was very nice and clean, and the spa is very nice but i advise to make the swimming pool more warm

I didn’t like really one thing is about parking, all hotels who are saying we have a car parking this means the parking is free with th booking. But i was shocked that i have to pay 3000 TRL for four days of parking, this was not accepted for me at all. And will make me to think again and again if i will book there

Amenities were only provided on first day. That was a surprise for a five stars hotel, thus we had to go out to purchase these items.

Room was too hot with automatic heating that we couldn’t control. Extensive heat was unbearable and caused us to get annoyed during our stay, with almost no ability to sleep comfortably and eventually we got sick. You must allow control of temperature during winter. This is the 2nd year in a row we face this issue and I will not return to this property during winter unless the room temperature control is allowed during winter

Very welcoming staff since we entered the hotel it smells so nice all over the property room was very comfortable bathroom with shower and bathtub breakfast was delicious and the massage was also good the restaurant fine dining was very good and elegant we enjoyed the piano 🎹

Honestly the house keeping should improve the cleaning and look for details and dust.

The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly, I faced a big trouble when a taxi driver withdrawn unexpectedly huge amount from my card , and I have communicated this to the hotel front desk team including the security manager, and all have dealt very professionally and coordinated immediately with local authorities until I got my money back in less than 2 hours , special thanks to Mr Yusuf security manager, Mr Sinan Front office Manager, receptionist Eda & Bartu, and Shafa the concierge agent , all of them are amazing , every time will visit Istanbul definitely this hotel is my first choice for what I have seen and experienced in everyday of my stay

Room is good size and very good bathroom. Location is perfect, you can do a lot of things walking. Gym is quite good and SPA as well, with sauna and massage available. Breakfast was awesome and service in general top quality.

Perfect location! Excellent reception, clean rooms, fast elevators. Concierge service has been exceptional. All city tours offered and organised by Mrs Shafa were perfectly tailored to our wishes. Great job!
