No breakfast at the Residence, but plenty of places around

The location of this Residence is not for people who have mobility issues, only if a taxi is used. This is a long staircase to go if one wants to walk to Taksim square.

We absolutley loved the location, it was very close to Taksim square and Istiklal street so it was easy to walk there when we wanted. The owner showed us how to get there without walking up a million stairs which was kind! It is also even closer to the ferries which you can take to go to the Asian side. The place was neat, in a quiet street, the staff were amazing.

This is just being very picky as overall is was great. Althought the place was neat, the floor was still a little dirty and there wasn't any cutlery or utencils to use for the kitchen. However, you can just text the staff and they will bring any missing items you need. Also the location is a little hard to taxis to get to. I always recommend either getting them to call the number provided on your keys or give them the name of the street Omer Avni Emrtek Sokak rather than the name "Etiz Residence" as the gps will not take you to the correct location.

I was so happy about main room size which I need exactly. Lift was available, friendly staff and cleaners It was very quiet without noise , package for heather was very good We are so relax whole the time .

Value was expensive, after checkout this hotel ,rented one luxury hotel room for myself with breakfast only 65 $ but etiz charge me 140$ for one night but I was looking for big size room for my family that time , no complain , I was happy about everything Little bit uncomfortable for my mum and dad when we going out, it was uphill walking way , but for young people it was nice

I had a pleasant stay at Etiz Residences. The biggest advantage is its location—just a short walk from Taksim Square and Main Attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Public transportation is also close by, which was very convenient. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. My room was tidy and well-kept, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. The staff were generally helpful and polite,. Overall, I’d recommend Etiz Residences for travelers looking for a clean and well-located place to stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at Etiz Residences for a few nights and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Taksim, but still quiet enough at night. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the communication with the staff was easy. It's not a luxury hotel, but for the price and location, it’s a great option. I would definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Istanbul.

We had a 2 bedroom flat for 6 of us to stay there, each bedroom had a double bed (i.e. for 4) and 2 of us were in the living room i.e. a large sofa-bed and a spare bed that they kindly put there on our request. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is rather central. I will happily book this place again.

Not much to write in this section as we had a great time there with no issue. They can improve by having more cutleries and microwave. We asked them for more cutleries and they indeed gave us more stuff.

Hotel staff with a positive attitude, quick support in finding solutions. Although we arrived long before check-in, they welcomed us without asking for additional costs. Everything is clean and the people are welcoming. Quiet in the hotel, a wonderful host. Taksim Square very close to the hotel, pier for walking on the Bosphorus, Palaces to visit, you can walk. We will definitely come back!

 text folosind camera foto I really don't know what to say. We expected to find the kettle for tea or a kettle so we could make it. But surely if we had requested it we would have received it. But there was no need, we chose to drink tea in Taksim Square, being very close. So everything was really perfect!

Property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Spacious rooms and good location.

No balcony view

The jaccuzzi in the room, the size of the room, the balcony, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel which few minutes away from taksim square and the harbour, and most importantly, the staff members who were very friendly and helpful. It is a good value for money. We would book it again if we return to Istanbul.

The curtains were not covering the windows properly because they needed fixing. We felt as if there was no privacy. Not enough toiletry like no toothbrush and toothpaste. We had to buy foam bath, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. We had to ask for coffee cups and a spoon. No coffee is available as well, although the kettle is there. We had to buy our own coffee.

The rooms are as seen in the pictures. All the furniture is new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's the first time I've come across such a quiet and safe hotel in Taksim. The staff is very friendly. There are air conditioners in every room and in the lounge. The Smart TV was very useful. The internet speed is good; I had no issues with the WiFi. It's a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square and a 3-minute walk to Kabataş beach. Our rooms were cleaned daily. There's no breakfast service, but the kitchen is modern. It's especially suitable for families. They have 24-hour reception service, and they were always helpful when we needed assistance. The price is definitely worth what we paid.
