(1) Reception Staff- Can and Akram brilliantly welcome their guests. They will arrange everything that you will ask for. (2) Property Condition- Very Well maintained. The apartments are well-designed and decorated. (3) House Keeping- Wonderful Service. Every day, the cleansing service is given. If you let them know, they can service the room while you are away, then you will always find your room clean once you are back from your day trip. Each person has different thoughts on it, but I didn't mind having services during my absence (4) Proximity to Main Locations—It is only 5-7 minutes from Taksim Square/Istiklal Street.(Drive) Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia/Topkapi Palace is a 10-minute drive away. Ortokoy and Besiktas Square is nearby with great restaurant/Dining options.

The property is difficult to locate as there are no clear names or signs outside the property. They don't have any restaurant services.

The property is perfectly located on the second line on the Bosphorus, with plenty of restaurants, shops and facilities around it. The apartament is spacious with all the facilities needed. External shades give the comfort of black out in all rooms. Beds and pillows are comfy. The personnel is nice and attentive.

Seems the walls were thin because it was very noisy. One could hear everything from the neighboring apartments as though you are all in the same room. For someone with light sleep this might be quite unpleasant.

Location close to key sites on European side, close to waterfront. The host were very helpful and attentive. We arrived a little early to store our luggage, however our host was very helpful and able to accommodate us early as room was available. Next door to must see Yildiz park. We had a family room and accommodated 4 adults in comfort

The location, the staff( Eko was very helpful), the value for the money.

Room size is a bit tight, suggest for small family

The big bonus of the place is that hotel is located in the very quiet and accessible place . The only source of the sound is the mosque in the nearest building at the time of a pray. There is no tourist attractions, or restaurants or anything else causing crowds or night sounds in the vicinity. At the same time, all what you need is really handy - the bus stop which will bring you to the city center is just 3-4 mins walk (around 40 mins to the city center by a combination of a bus and a tram), a shop where you can find anything you need (toiletries or products for breakfast except for meat) is just 1 mins away and open long hours even on holidays, a pharmacy 1 min away, a ferry station around 15 mins away by foot. Nearest small restaurants and ATMs are also within 15 mins walk. In a half an hour walk, there are 2 most beautiful Ottoman palaces you can visit and a big park. For the ones who stay in Istanbul first time and not sure which city transport to use, I really suggest to use public transportation - buses and trams are going very regularly (5-10 mins interval) and cost much lower than a taxi. The reception hosts all are very friendly and helpful. For example, Selim suggested us some places to visit and helped us to book a taxi to the airport upon return. Kitchen is equipped with the stove, the electric teapot, pans, cups, plates and silverware (not very big number though), waffle maker and a dishwasher. So we usually cooked breakfast and dinner at the room and had the lunch in the city.

I probably did a mistake booking the 1-st floor room, as there was no view (it appeared that upper rooms have Bosphorus view) and there was a lot of sounds from the reception and corridors at the checkin time. If you will also book this floor, I suggest asking the reception to lower the voice during late checkins at the time you plan to sleep - for me they easily accommodated this request so I spent good time in Istanbul and had sleep. For non-prayers, take into account that the 1-st pray goes around 5 am, so you may want to take some earbuds if your sleep is sensitive.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment during our visit to Istanbul. The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short walk to Beşiktaş Pier, making ferry access super convenient, and also within walking distance to the vibrant Ortaköy area, known for its charming cafés, shops, and stunning views of the Bosphorus. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Selim and Can especially deserve special recognition for their exceptional service and attention to detail throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for a small family

On the downside, the third bed is located in the living room, which offers less privacy, and the single bed is quite small for an adult, so it may be better suited for a child or teenager. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again for the warm service and excellent location. Highly recommended for families who want to explore Istanbul while staying in a central, well-connected area!

Great location, the apartment is as in the description. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. All my additional requests were accommodated. The neighborhood is not noisy at night, the windows are well insulated so you won’t hear any ferry sound in the morning. If you are looking for a calm stay at a walking distance from Besiktas and Ortakoy this is a perfect pick

Nothing. As an enhancement suggestion I would say to add a bit on the kitchen equipment (equipment are there) this is just an enhancement suggestion and not a negative point.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, the flat was clean and nicely equipped. A perfect solution also for families travelling with children.

The first night was a little noisy, but we reported the situation to the staff and everything was immediately solved.
