We were looking for a nice room in a hotel close to the 4 Seasons (as were attending a function) and it delivered that well, and had a great view of the Bosphorus.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The ground floor is a building site and there is dust on the stairs. The entrance was through a side door that didn't say hotel so when we arrived we weren't sure we were in the right place and couldn't find the staff (note every other time we went in or out the desk was staffed, so it was just bad luck on that occasion). We were on the top floor and so away from the disruption.

The staff of this hotel is one of the friendliest and nicest I have ever had in any stay. They are extremely helpful, and solving any issues or problems you might have, immediately. They arranged us a taxi & transport whenever we needed. They immediately provided what we asked for and constantly checked if we were comfortable and happy. We were very pleased with their kindness and hospitality. The location of the hotel is also very central in Beşiktaş. The decorations are nice and cute.

The room we slept was very quiet & comfortable. But I think the rooms in the main street side are a bit noisy. Our guests didn’t have a problem with that, but if you are sensitive to noise, it might be a bit difficult to sleep in the rooms on the main street side, so I would recommend you the rooms at the back side.

Very nice family owned hotel. At first there was a little hiccup with my reservation however, Mr. Yavuz resolved the issue right away therefore, I decided to stay longer. The location is very good as you're in the heart of Besiktas with shopping, and transportation all near by. The wifi was very strong. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and respectful. Mr. Yavuz and his sister were great hosts. My only complain would be the hotel is right across the street from a busy road and a restaurant that stays open 24 hrs therefore, it could get a little noisy. I would recommend the hotel to get noise proof windows for the future. Other than that, everything was very good.

We got married in beşiktaş and were looking for a clean and central place to rest our heads for a few hours. This is central beşiktaş and the location is great. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean and is cosy with just a few rooms, it has a nice vibe. Everything is close, bars, cafes, the ferrys, shops, but it is up a little side street so has a peaceful feeling. I would highly recommend.

Really friendly owner, super helpful and gave nice advices. Also, kuddos to the staff, really friendly too. Location is great, room were tidy, internet was working great for me (WiFi) and A/C too.

Since I need to fill this in, I would say, that the neighborhood is quite lively. It can be a bit noisy, but I have a deep sleep, so did not bother me much.

Size of the room its to small, and they don’t have elevators

It is in the close vicinity of Besiktas. There was no breakfast served by the hotel but you can easily walk to the Besiktas center. We attended an event opposite of the street and it was very convenient for us to stay there.

Small, clean hotel with a great location. It provided easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. They upgraded my room and I had a huge bed and a great view. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Location was perfect for Besiktas. And the hotel staff was very helpful, warm and welcoming all the time. Whenever we go to Besiktas again, we will definitely stay in this hotel. Thanks for everything
