The staff were friendly and helpful with getting an iron, extra hangers for clothing, etc. Thank you! Gul Hotel's rate is great value for money and the location was great for me since it was near to where I was working at the Kanyon office building/ shopping mall and very close to metro access at M2 Levent station - which was also helpful in getting to the M11 to get to the Istanbul International airport easily.

The breakfast was pretty ok, however, if there had been some yoghurt and/or fruit - for a lighter breakfast - it would have been even better. Still it was free and hard to expect more than this for the hotel rate paid.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was good all in all. The neighborhood seemed safe. I arrived and left very late at night and it was completely ok.

The bed was not the cleanest the first night. Breakfast was very ordinary.

The location was perfect for my needs but it's also good in general - good transportation, avcess to several metro stations.

If you looking for something more affordable and near to Levent business centre is worth the money. You need only 7 minutes to get to your office. I had good experience for a short period. Nothing more than business, easy and cheap.

For the amount spent can not say anything badly.

Quiet in the room with the window closed even it’s located beside the street. AC works fine.

It has the a bit of the smell of cigarettes in the room, it didn’t really gone after opening the window for a while.

Great little find. Simple Turkish cafes right on the doorstep. A 15 minute walk to a huge shopping mall with Metro access, and more bistro type eateries around. Easy to get to/from the airport.

Breakfast wasn't great, but that didn't bother us.

I liked the level of service, we forgot a phone at the last day, but Mr. Mahmut kindly notified us and sent it via Taxi! Best employee so far on my life experience
