The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room service was good. Also the location was ideal with the metro literally around the corner. The breakfast had a very extensive selection and was well presented by the pleasant staff.

Neither Booking.com nor the hotel mentioned beforehand that a deposit (100 euros) is to be taken whilst checking in. The hotel refunds the deposited amount in Turkish Liras after checking out. Turkish Liras are useless as people usually travel back home after checking out of the hotel. They are also worthless in Europe.

The comfort of the room, the breakfast, everything you need they are there to support

The pool. It's small for swimming. The jacuzzi was often full of men, so I had no chance to try it alone even for one day. They could control the length of time people stay inside a little so that others can also enjoy it. They didn't give me a towel when I visited the spa. Many people did not speak English in the breakfast room and were in a hurry to clear the plates during breakfast, even when you were still eating the last piece of breakfast or still had some water or coffee. It was stressful to say "wait a bit" every time.

The reception staff were very good.

The restaurant was exoensive and poorly run. The watressforgot half our order. Tables were being.moved around for the next morning breakfast- noisily done. It was a bir like being in a relay qIting room. Food was not very special when it arrivwd

Thumbs up for this hotel! It is located in a very convenient spot, with easy walking access to the metro, plenty of casual eateries, and shops. While the area outside is lively and busy, the atmosphere changes as one steps inside – calm and quiet, offering a nice contrast to the bustling surroundings. We really appreciated the peaceful environment in the hotel – no background music, which is rare to find, and the windows provided good insulation so we weren’t disturbed by noise from the street. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious, simply and tastefully furnished in a way that felt both functional and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to those at the reception who made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, with something for everyone.

If I were to suggest any small improvements, it would be to include a few basic items in the room – like a fork, knife, spoon, and a small plate – which would have been useful. I also noticed that used glasses were taken away during cleaning but not replaced. That said, it wasn’t a big issue at all, as the staff brought us whatever we needed as soon as we asked. Their helpfulness really made up for it.

We were exceptionally treated, with a free upgrade and discount coupons for the restaurant. Tahla was a great host and all staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with a great view.

I had to buy a cap to use the pool (because I didn't have one of my own). This was never asked of me before in any other hotel I have stayed. Breakfast had considerable variety, but lacked in taste, generally. One very important exception was the tahini and honey mixed cream for bread, which was superb. A small espresso machine in the room would also be nice.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Island Levent Hotel, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is exceptional, with a wonderful staff that made my stay truly memorable. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location is incredibly convenient, just a minute from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is impeccably clean and boasts great facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, spa, and gym. The management team is excellent, and I especially want to commend Mr. Yekta for his kindness and helpfulness. All the staff, from the restaurant team to the service staff, were incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Sheraton Island Levent Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay😊

Restaurant breakfast price is great, but its dinner price is over-valued.

The hotel is lovely with really friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. We were meeting with friends so this worked perfect for us. Although this isn’t quite in the center just around the corner is the metro which we used everyday to get to all the sights so it worked for us. The breakfast was really good with the friendly efficient staff. We also had access to the executive lounge which was very good, well worth using it. I would recommend the hotel for a good base for sightseeing Istanbul.

How the staff persistently kind and distributing smile and positive energy with an outstanding attitude wich clearly reflects a hard work by the administration to acheive.house keeping was really unique and fast, unlike some other 5 stars hotels in Istanbul. Will be my family's first option on our next visit.

If not in the room, the air condition is automatically turned off?. Sometimes bad smell come from the bathroom. The lighting in the room needs improvement.

There are many restaurants shopping malls within walking distance. The metro is only 50m away. There is a masjid nearby. All the staff are friendly without exception. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh juices and staff are working like a honeybee to care for the guests.

I feel the security personal should be able to recognize the guests, so no need for the females guests to put their handbags under the x-ray machine every time they enter the hotels.
