The staff! Each and every one of them were welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Then the location which was convenient for me and my colleagues to commute to as were there for a short work trip mixed with some social outings.

I would say that the location was good as it was closer to major attractions of Istanbul city ( Taksim Square was 30 minutes by taxi) but then Istanbul is so spread out we found it quite far from Airport which was almost 1 hour by taxi and another 30 minutes to Tuyap convention center where we had to visit 3 days to attend a trade fair ( By Taxi it was TL 1800-2200 one way) The Hotel was very neat and Clean and service excellent especially that of Guest relations manager Ms lara who was exceptional in customer service delivery. She helpd us at every step with her advice and also assisted us with her drawing a map so as not to get lost / nearest metro station/ Metro Bus if we wanted to take to save on time and money . She also guided us with places of interest with meticuluous details which we found extremely helpful in navigating the major attractions.We would have been lost without her help for sure and she did all with a ready smile all the time . Front desks staff was also very polite and helpful especially Samet and Efe .

Buffet Breakfast was functional and a battery of staff was present yet during peak hours replenishment of crockery /cutlery was not very prompt resulting in wait at times .

I had the most incredible experience during my three-day stay at this hotel, especially considering it was during Ramadan 2024. Fasting while traveling can be challenging, but the staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Miss Dilara and her manager Mr.Baris provided exceptional guest services that surpassed anything I've encountered in my travels worldwide. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Not only did they upgrade me to a sweet room, but they also made sure every aspect of my stay was seamless. The timely delivery of Iftar and Sohor meals was particularly appreciated, as it made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Overall, this hotel deserves more than just five stars. The dedication and friendliness of the staff, especially Miss Dilara and her manager Mr.Baris, truly set it apart. I have nothing but the highest praise for them and wish them all the best in their careers. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.

The hotel is great. The location is good too. Not central but close to some cafes, beauty salons, and a pretty nice mall. Seemed to be a safe area. The check-in was amazing. I came with two tired kids in the middle of the night and they allowed to check in very early. We were also able to check out a bit later, and the hotel stored our bags until we were ready to go to our next distanation. The only complaints are: The breakfast was below my expectation. I stayed at Ramada before and although it was an older hotel in a very isolated location, their breakfast was fenominal. Unfortunately, here, the space was very tight and everyone was bumping into each other. Overall it was a good stay though. Among the negatives: Omelets were undercooked and one of the staff members handled food without gloves. She also used the back of spoon she held with bare hands to lift up my omlet. Another thing was when I picked up one of the "clean" towels, it was very dirty with visible spots all over it. Again, the overall experience was great.

It is an overall pleasant hotel with a good quality infrastructure, facilities, cleanness and service. It's very important to choose a hotel owned by a large international chain in Istanbul (in this case the Marriott).

Lack of the ramp to lift a suitcase without steps. Average quality of cuisine in the restaurant. You can't buy water, snacks or beverages in bar or restaurant, you need to go to the grocery shop outside. The staff tried to include in the bill mini-bar shack that I haven't consumed.

I totally loved the hotel and highly recommend that place. I rank it 10 out of 10 for several reasons that are in my priority. 1. It’s very easy to get from new Istanbul Airport to hotel by subway. It’s direct line, and all together that takes less than 1 hour, with cost of 1USD per trip. Due to location, it’s pretty easy to travel through the city by subway, which is a good idea due to the traffic and taxi problems that are very common to Istanbul. 2. The hotel is pretty new, all the furniture in standard room is clean and fine. Condition works just perfect, all the necessities like soap/toothpaste/shampoo are in high level. 3. Breakfast is untill 11 and meets my expectations. 4. The stuff are English-speaking and really helpful.

We had an incredible stay at this amazing hotel! The room offered a breathtaking view of the city, which made our experience even more special. The location is extremely convenient, close to many attractions and transport options. A special shoutout to Dinara at the reception! She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. As a couple, we felt truly taken care of, especially when she upgraded our room to an even better one. Imagine our surprise and delight when a lovely selection of fruits was delivered to our room—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Delta Kagithane. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was impeccably clean and stylishly decorated, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The on-site facilities, including the spa,pool and restaurant, were top-notch. Location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay. Will definitely be back!
