It was well heated, spacious and the facilities were as per the info in the listing. Spacious underground parking was included and our car was in a safe and warm place.

The apartment was on the highest floor and the windows weren’t soundproof so the barking dogs and traffic won’t leave us have our comfy rest. The view was totally rubbish (literally) - it was right next to a some sort of a junkyard (abandoned property) with homeless dogs. Nothing like the photos looking at the canal. The TV was rubbish also (somehow locked with a tailored OS), no decent English or Russian speech channels, only news. There were Netflix and YouTube, but they didn’t work. At the only night we had to eat at the restaurant (because we traveled more than 3 hours from the center in a hell snowfall traffic jam) the guy who managed it closed one hour earlier. The location is very far away from everything interesting and tourist related. No nearby cafes and restaurants.

The main advantage was the ratio between price and quality. Since I had to go to Maslak every day the location of the hotel was very convenient for me. There is also a shopping mall AXIS nearby. The google maps says you have to walk around 45 min, but its not true. There is a pedestrian path to AXIS and it will take not more tham 10 min. The guys at the reception were kind enough to give a room which facing the river channel, so there was less noise from the main road.

Not an issue, but if there is a cleaning service announced after each three days of your staying in the hotel I would expect at least a better cleaning in the room (e.g. the bed room was not cleaned with a vaccum cleaner).

My stay at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service provided. Ahmed, a staff member at the reception, was particularly outstanding. Not only did he speak fluent English, making communication effortless, but he also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. As a pleasant surprise, he offered me a room upgrade, which made my experience even more memorable. The room itself was immaculate. It was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I could tell that the hotel staff takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mazlum for his outstanding professionalism and constant support throughout my stay. His warm attitude and attention to detail truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-managed, with friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it for families with kids, as it offers a safe and pleasant environment. The only small remark is that the bed in the master bedroom felt a bit small, but everything else was excellent.

This is a brand new facility within a ten minute bus ride of the Kağıthane Metro station on the new M11 route out to Istanbul International Airport. It's therefore a convenient place for staying the night before a flight and you want to avoid an expensive taxi or private hire charge for getting your flight. It's situated in a quiet area of Istanbul so if you want to be away from the noise and mania of the city centre then you could do worse. It's within a reasonable striking distance (taxi, bus or Metro) of said city centre. The rooms are essentially set up for self catering with not just a fridge but a wee two ring induction hob, sink, washing machine and, if you ask, cutlery and crockery. In addition to the usual four or five star attributes of a good hotel. So it's not just ideal for a short stay but would be an excellent base for a business/leisure stay or days or weeks. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us, with advice as well as checking us in/out.

When we stayed the swimming pool in the leisure facilities was not yet open.

First impression, swift check in, very clean apartments. The front desk staff Mazlum, Huseyn and Yusuf were quick to assist with any information we needed, always welcomed us cheerfully. The cleaning ladies were sweet too. Apartments had well equipped kitchenette. Overall wonderful experience. I would stay here again.

Cleaning was done after 3 days, however, any request made for trash disposal, towels or tissue was quickly attended to by the front desk staff. It would be nice for cleaning after 2 days especially for families with young children.

The location is perfect, our stay was incredible. The apartments are very spacious and clean, we had no problems whatsoever. The staff was welcoming and considerate, very polite and always helped with any questions you could have. I would like to say special thanks to Hūseyin and Mazlum, who were so friendly and helpful throughout the stay. They arranged everything for us and went beyond to help us. Always smiling and polite. Best managers I have encountered so far. I would only recommend to stay in this hotel and will definitely come back myself!

This is my second time staying here. These problems are still there. The problem is with the bathroom. When taking a shower, water comes out from under the door. It needs a rubber under the door. And the electrical system is also problematic. Some days the power goes out several times for a few moments. If these two things are fixed, there really is no other problem

Very nice hotel along a very busy road. The rooms are new and very clean. Fairly standard for a hotel. The views are nice. The lobby is small. There is a small cafe, but there was not much on offer and the espresso machine was down when we were there. It is a reasonable value for the city.

It is a bit of a walk to most cafes, restaurants, etc. Mostly one will likely take a taxi when leaving the hotel. There is a bike path in the rear, but it is not directly accessible.
