We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mari Suites and we had the best time. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who went out of their way to ensure our check-in was seamless and efficient. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided. The hotel facilities were outstanding. We were impressed by the on-site dining options. The restaurant served a diverse menu of exquisite dishes and the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional level of service. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. They anticipated my needs before I even asked, which made the entire stay feel personalised and special. We are particularly grateful to Fatih, who was unbelievably excellent. Overall, my stay at Mari Suites exceeded all expectations, even after staying there for the third time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable experience. I can’t wait to return!

We had the most delightful and comfortable stay ever, since we arrived to the hotel, Mr. Bilal was so helpful and too much cooperative, he showed us many room options and even upgraded our room without any extra fees. Our room was so comfortable and clean Hotel location is great, even they provide transportation to the metro station free of charge. We had so relaxing time in the spa, it was so private and quite. Many thanks to the great professional stuff specially Mehmet for extending our stay and making everything easy for us. And thanks again to Mr. Bilal for arranging our transportation to the airport in our last day. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay, it was our first time but for sure it will not be the last😍

The room has been big and clean, but a bit dark. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, especially Begum. The other staffers were nice as well, e.g. Zafer and everyone else. The breakfast has been very good. There was always something new every day. The ladies in the kitchen worked very hard and did a terrific job. The hotel itself is approximately 7 minutes downhill from Caglayan and approximately 20-30 minutes uphill from Kagithane. Coming from Caglayan you have to go downhill, so the less abled or families with small children might want to take a taxi. The hotel offers free rides to the Caglayan metro station, which is really nice. The direct surroundings are not very attractive, but the hotel was nevertheless recommendable.

The location is pretty central to everywhere, the hotel was impeccably clean. I can't believe we had never stayed there before as I am a frequent traveller to Istanbul. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it exceeded all expectations... The high ceilings were an added bonus as no mention of those on the booking website. Breakfast had a huge variety of different foods to choose from and the chef also happily made my daughter sucuk as it's her all time favourite - my husband had an omelette and this was equally as lovely. I honestly can't praise this hotel enough and will be definitely staying there every time we visit Istanbul. The guy and girl on reception were extremely welcoming as were all the staff.

Absolutely can not find a fault with this hotel.

Breakfast was great. The stuff is nice. There are lots of local stores near the hotel, so you can take your time there. 5 min walking to the subway station (Çağlayan) which you can access easily all over the city and also Istanbul airport. Comfort neighborhood much much better than Taksim and Galata.

We had a great time at the Mari Suite Hotel. Stayed there 2 times, a bit over a week each. All employees are very helpful and friendly. Begüm showed us the spa area and helped us around. It was a nice and relaxing experience. We had some personal issues and had to change our reservation a little, and our needs were greatly accommodated by the manager of the hotel, Bilal. Thank you so much for your hard work, everyone, and I am looking forward to seeing you soon!

The room was well maintained and spotless. The staff was very friendly even though we checked in at 3am, they helped us with everything. His name was Bilal and he gave us all the information even though it was so late. And in the morning I think the lady at reception her name was Begum, she helped us a lot too to keep our Luggage for a while after we checked out and gave us instructions on public transport and stuff. The breakfast was amazing too. Really tasty. I'm definitely going back here next time I'm in Istanbul!

There were really no negatives

Very good staff, very good breakfast, daily change of towels and possibility of cleaning the rooms every day, high cleanliness everywhere. Very well organized work of the hotel.The effort of the staff to do their job well is visible.

The windows of the rooms could be closed a little tighter so that there is no blowing in strong wind from outside and to improve the soundproofing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the breakfast offerings. The selection was quite poor, with very few options to choose from. There wasn’t much in the way of fruits; one day there was watermelon, and the next day, only apples were available. Additionally, guests were required to wear masks and gloves while getting their food, which seemed unnecessary and a bit over the top. Overall, the breakfast experience did not meet my expectations.

Nice and helpful staff. Location not central, but with easy access to various means of transportation. Breakfast was pretty good and quite varied. The room itself was also in good condition and well equipped.

It's not that I didn't like it, but the parking arrangement is a little unorthodox: you need to leave the key at the reception, so that they can move your car in case it's needed, as the number of parking spots is limited (wide spread problem across the whole of Istanbul, as far as I can see). They're doing a good job, though. Haven't had a problem because of this the whole time I was there :) Some people may not be too comfortable with this though... The room I stayed in was on the top floor and when I got there, it was extremely hot - 35C or so. It would also get hot during the day while the sun is shining. Fortunately, you have the option to leave the air conditioning on while away, which really helps :)
