A magnificent building, with my room overlooking the Bosphorus, provided a very comfortable and clean room, with a power shower and a working air con. The breakfast choice was excellent, and hot food was cooked to order, which is not a feature of many good hotels. I also liked their restaurant food choice for lunch and dinner, and the fact it is open all the time. There is a good swimming pool, too. The staff were lovely; it was a pleasure talking to them.

I cannot say I didn’t like anything. It is a long distance from the historical centre, and you need a taxi, about €25, to get there. But I knew that when I chose the hotel: it is in a sound seismically stable area, and the views are magnificent.

Honestly, everything was perfect – I truly have nothing to complain about. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The entire atmosphere of the hotel made me feel relaxed, valued, and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and beautifully furnished, the view was breathtaking, and every service – from housekeeping to dining – was outstanding. The hotel is spacious, clean and tranquil, and sits across from the Bosphorus Strait. We stayed here 2 nights after spending several days in the old city. The area has a much more chill vibe and is more suburban, not far from a forested park/event venue. The staff were quietly attentive, and the room light, bright and clean. Beds were comfortable. The gym was well equipped and clean. We ate at the restaurant that looks out towards the water. Food was fine, Turkish coffee was good and came with a tasty piece of Turkish delight. This is a nice area to walk around, and there is a grocery store nearby that had a nice selection of produce and cheese.

We really like this place. It was a little strange that we had to go through a metal detector each time we came in as the area feels very nice and upscale.

We stayed as a family and enjoyed everything. The staff were excellent and friendly, the breakfasts were delicious, the room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the Bosphorus. It takes 30-50 minutes by taxi to reach the historic center of Istanbul, depending on traffic. Once, we needed a scale to weigh our luggage, and it was delivered to our room within 5 minutes. The spa complex was also very good. One morning, we overslept and missed breakfast, so we ordered it to the room for an additional charge. We also frequently ordered tea and drinks to the room. Upon checkout, the hotel kindly waived the charges for these orders as a complimentary gesture.

The hotel concierge Fahri was amazing :) He went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable including decorating our room :) A big thank you to Fahri and the hotel staff. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, and our Bosphorus view from our balcony suite was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our lovely breakfast, especially the French toast :) We highly recommend this amazing hotel in Istanbul.

The location was good for walks along the harbor. There was shopping, restaurants and coffee all within short walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with a design very much suited to our tastes. The spa is well equipped and quite pleasant. A special shout-out to Eray and his team for their service and assistance. I had to make a last minute luggage repair that required a special instrument, and these guys solved it quickly and effectively.

We've tried some top hotels in Istanbul and this by far was the most comfortable, clean, elegant and beautiful. Service is impeccable 👌🏻 I didn't think hotels still uphold this level of standard in these times. We felt like we were home. We took the bosphorus view room with balcony and it really made a huge difference to the stay so we definitely recommend this hotel on your next trip to Istanbul.
