We had the most amazing five night stay at Phayamas Beach Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, within gorgeous quiet private grounds but just 15-20 minutes walk away from shops and restaurants. Our bungalow was incredibly clean, the beds really comfy and there was plenty of storage. The food at the restaurant was really great. Plenty of selection of pizzas, pastas and Thai food. The included breakfast was great, different choice each day and good mix of sweet and savoury. The pool area is lovely too and the gardens go all the way to the sea so amazing views!

There were no scooters available from the resort when we got there but there are a lot down at the pier so we just walked down to get one.

I very seldom come second time to a facility where I have been earlier. I was year ago here and I was satisfied to my stay again. Resort is very clean, food good and has quietness I demand from the stay. Staff is very friendly and fullfill your requests with ease - like tickets, taxis etc...Small things have been made better from from the last year. From the kitchen there is surely something for everybodys needs.

Resort is little bit secludet what I personally find good but someone probably not. They rent scooters. Good local restaurant, cafeteria and simple foodstore in a walking distance. It is easy to go somewhere else too, but needs probably somekind of transport, Walking to the other side of the island takes an hour. Beach may not be best to swin during low tide. Try then Monkey beach in the north of the island.

Beautiful new high quality accomodation. Very nice pool and right at the beach. The houses are very clean and the crew gave a thought of anything! The host Nandar is the best! She helped us with everything with a big smile. The food here is stunning, very extensive breakfast, awesome salads, Thai food and we would like to give a special recommendation about their craft beer and home made sourdough pizza, never had such a good one in Asia. Defenitely go here when you visit Koh Payam.

Nothing! Just to manage expectations: The location is not on the 2 main beaches, but they rent scooters to explore the island yourself.

-Perfectly located next to the beach -Delicious breakfast with a great selection of regional and international choices, with always a vegetarian option available -the bungalow was very clean and comfy, with a fridge, a private veranda and a fresh-water tank (you could refill at the bar by yourself) - A nice, clean pool with pool-/beach-towels, a gym and a handful of international books -I can’t stress this enough, but the service was phenomenal: very kind and polite, always friendly and helped us with enthusiasm to have a good stay. We really enjoyed our time there and looking forward to the next time!

What an amazing place... We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a room without air conditioning which was fantastic value for money. The room was superb, the outside shower has hot water, everything was high end. The staff here are so friendly, helpful and really make you feel at home. The breakfast is fabulous - everyone is catered for, it's buffet style. The setting is beautiful and very well cared for, the beach is clean and beautiful. The pool is wonderful with beach towels provided. We hope to stay again.

Our second visit to this delightful resort which, if anything, has got even better over the last four years. Katie and her lovely team - Nandor, Nath and Thargyi -looked after our every wish with a smile. They were just wonderful. The Massaman curry and aromatic duck in red curry were stand out dishes in the excellent restaurant. The Phayamas Pale Ale superb, the gardens a tropical delight. The best and best located place to stay on Koh Phayam without a doubt. And that's the truth!

Very quiet and secluded but super close to anywhere really- 5 to 10 mins on a bike Bike hire Food was delicious- pad Thai with prawns probably the best pad Thai I’ve ever had, steamed prawns were gorgeous and so was the chicken satay. Lovely pool Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable Staff were excellent, particularly Nut

The private beach is underwhelming- every other beach we visited on the island was far nicer Breakfast buffet could have had more variety More umbrellas needed by the pool- not many loungers with shade

Everything at Phayamas was top tier! From the messages ahead of me arriving, a swift check in, insanely comfortable beds, the pool and the staff; I will definitely be back! The rooms are very spacious, I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me, besides the attentive and friendly staff, was the breakfast. Each morning, I was first and was always pleased with the spread. Looking forward to staying there again.

Phayamas is a tropical getaway. I loved the fact that it was a bit isolated. Wonderful accommodations and services. Enjoyed a massage in our bungalow the day after we arrived. Customer service was fabulous, delightful. Food and drinks amazing. They were helpful to set up anything we needed, including scooters, transfer back to Renong, and a truly wonderful snorkel trip. The small boat picked us up at the Phayamas Beach. Really wonderful.

Incredible from start to finish, we got a good rate as it was end of season i think, this place is just amazing, the bungalows are beautiful, very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff were also what made our trip, they were so incredibly friendly and helpful, we didnt want to leave. The food was also some of the best we have had on the island, the breakfast is also the best we have had so far in asia.
