This hotel was very good value for the money. We are a couple travelling on vacation and always aim to find a hotel that is good value. Location can't be beat. Right across from Fujinomiya station. Restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to large Aeon shopping centre. Can easily walk to the Temple and Fuji World heritage site. Room and bed clean and comfortable. Larger than our business hotel in Tokyo. comfortable. Stay comes with use of public bath divided by gender. Stay also includes a generous buffet breakfast and a happy hour drink. Between 6 and 8 pm. Serve yourself. Canpai to a good choice! Staff friendly and always helpful.

Breakfast was excellent and it was a convenient location to rest prior to hiking Mt. Fuji. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were able to accommodate our needs. I enjoyed my stay and it was a clean place to rest at; it got the job done.

The rooms were incredibly small, but nothing much can be done with that because I am a tall foreigner. While I understand that I had to leave my key plugged in at the front entrance in order to turn all electrical devices on (to save money on the electrical bill), it was frustrating when I wanted to refrigerate my drinks when I am going out because we had to return our room keys to the front desk.

free breakfast, literally right across the street from Fujinomiya station and right beside the bus station that can take you to Shirato Falls and also taxi station if needed. I broke my glasses and staff was kind enough to lend me super glue. There’s also an Aeon Mall nearby (5-7minute walk) that sells almost everything with pharmacy and other restaurants. Will stay here again to explore more of Fujinomiya.

Only one lift and when it gets busy either long wait or need to use the stairs

It’s a perfect location, just a minute from the train station and bus depot. Exceptional value for the money. Good, filling buffet breakfast included. There is a huge supermarket at the Aeon Mall just five minutes away. The bed includes a top sheet as well as a comforter, which is not too common and is very welcome. The stairs are open for use, unlike some hotels where they are only for emergency use.

The bath doesn’t open till 5pm. It would be better if it opened at 3 so it wouldn’t get so crowded at 5pm. The single elevator is small and very busy (I use the stairs, but some people wouldn’t care for that). There are only two clothes hangers in the room.

The ability to do lau dry was a godse d after havi g come down from Mt. Fuji im torrential rain. They also had a nice onsen bath with two pools that helped soothe my sore leg muscles after climbing so much the day before. Also, breakfast buffét had good options for westerners as well.

Only one elevator meant that you have to do a bit of waiting some times. But really, pretty mucj everything was great.

Location is great, right opposite JR station and a short walk to AEON mall. Complimentary drinks for 2 hours between 6-8 pm was such a surprise and much appreciated. Ice machine, loved it Public bath downstairs, a bit small, but very good to have it. You can see Mount Fuji from the overpass right in front of the hotel on a clear day.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel offers good facilities, a simple yet nice breakfast was served and a welcome drink was provided. I really liked the lounge common area, guests can hang out there at any time. If you're driving, parking is not an issue as there are plenty of paid parking options nearby.

The location is somewhat distant from the eatery and convenience store, but it's still walkable.

Location is unbeatable, right next to train and bus stations, as well as the tourist information office. A very good buffet breakfast included in the price makes it a great bargain. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again.

One small elevator for a ten-story hotel with about 100 rooms is not really enough, especially when people have lots of luggage. Also, the public baths do not have enough lockers. When I went there just after they opened at 5:00pm, all the lockers were already being used. It would be better if they opened from 3:00pm, I think.

The hotel is located in front of the train station, so it is very convenient if you travel by train. Room is large enough for 2 people. There are restaurants nearby but it is very quiet in the evening. You will need to walk around or drive to a further area. Breakfast is delicious!!! and the best thing is welcome drink and happy hour! Strawberry soft serve is very delicious!!!!

There is only 1 elevator. So, it is crowed in the morning and evening, during the check-in/check-out time. And you need to pay for parking.

The breakfast is absolutely great and one of the best I've had all along my travelling. They provide you with every facility and is right in front of fujinomiya bus station and train station. You can also see Mount Fuji from top of hotel . Absolutely marvellous stay. Also they have many mangas to read so you ain't getting bored
