Loved the well maintained grounds and pools - sterling job there!! Very inviting!🤩 The poolside unit we booked was very spacious, and the little things like cooler bags and extra kitchen necessities above the norm...nice touch! And the pool-literally on your doorstep where you can relax while the kids play safely! Overall, it was a great visit to a lovely establishment!!

Would have liked a small children's play area. Be sure to bring floaties and pools accessories for your kids - for first timers! I was under prepared for our short stay especially with the stunning pool situation, which my grand daughter loved!! "Heated" pool could have been a tad warmer for the mom/grandma...😁🤭😉

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Modern amenities, plenty of dishes and cutlery. Water pressure was great. Washer and dryer included in the room. Ability to walk from the room into the pool was awesome. Terrific proximity to the beach.

The in-room wifi seemed to be heavily throttled when in use. I noticed amazing speeds for a small amount of time then the connections dropped to very slow. Also seemed to not support linux devices as my steamdeck was not able to maintain an internet connection whilst my ipad and iphone were perfectly fine. Got around this by hotspotting my steamdeck.

Accommodation is about 5 minute drive from the main town. It has a mini kitchen with all the utensils we need. Along with a fridge, portable cooktop. The one bedroom was big enough for 2 adults 1 child. They had a BBQ on site. It was about 300m walk to an unmanned offleash beach where you can walk to get to the main Agnes Water beach side. Love that the pool is beside the accommodation. Kids can just jump in and out easily. There are 4 pools on site, 2 of them heated. Easy check in and check out process. There is a dryer and washer on site. Water pressure adequate.

One bedroom apartment was above our expectations and excellent value for money for a resort style apartment. The bedroom had a "wow factor"! Roomy and the pool was just outside where you could just hang out or do laps! The caretaker was excellent when we told him we had broken a glass and when we had to come back to the property after checking out as we had left something behind. Good having a carport to shelter our car.

There are owners that live in the apartment complex so you are going to hear a little bit of background noise from a tv or radio if windows are left open

The location is great, just away from the centre of Agnes waters but still close enough to easily move between Agnes and 1770. Unit is such a great size, clean and tidy (mostly)very well equipped , pools and pool area lovely. Gary the manager very welcoming and helpful. third or fourth time we've stayed here and will again.

Verandah from main bedroom needed a clean ( toenail clippings from previous people🤢) and couch needs a clean to get rid of the smell.

The resort was clean , well manicured and the pools looked inviting. Gary , the manager, was always doing those little things/ jobs, to keep the place looking SHARP. King Beds and double showers provide the opportunity for couples to be together again. We had room 45. The decor is 'beach house' with white furniture, blue lounge and an assortment of ropes, shells and driftwood. Outside, A Cane table and lay lounge, overlook the heated pool and manicured BBQ area. It was a great 4 day escape.

Very warm welcome and early access to our accommodation which was an unexpected bonus. The apartment was lovely, with a view to the pools and the garden area. It was spacious apartment and well appointed. A lovely tropical vibe. We had a washing machine and dryer which was very useful.

A small gripe, but for the cost of the room, a better quality coffee than International Roast in the starter pack would have been lovely.

The room was beautiful, right by the pool.

The lady in the office rang me twice. Once when I initially booked and then again a week out from arriving to confirm the ages of people staying in the room. Was quite rude about me using booking.com to book the accommodation. Asked if I would be also going and if we were schoolies, even though school was not yet out and the ages of the kids were varying from 16 to 8. All of the information required was entered in booking.com when I booked.

We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the size of our unit. It had plenty of room and had easy access to one of the pools. Check in was seamless, and it was a bonus that our room was available early. Gary at Reception was friendly and was able to assist with restaurant suggestions.nearby. We will definitely try and come back in the future.

Everything was great. No complaints whatsoever.

Location is excellent, with easy access to the beach. The complex is immaculate & excellently managed by Gary, who checks the 4 pools every morning & ensures the complex is spotless. Our unit was also spotless, great facilities, Easy access to food outlets, & supplies, 2 mins away, include take out, dine in, & an amazing East African food outlet. The area is unspoilt, beautiful beaches, nature trails.

Having to leave
