We had such a lovely stay at Mon Port Hotel & Spa and can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is sooo beautiful and so well maintained, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Our 4-year-old daughter had the best time, the pools, gardens, outdoor play park, tennis courts and relaxed vibe made it perfect for families. Our room was perfect - spacious, beautifully finished, and ideal for families with little children. Our room felt brand new and was a real highlight of our stay. The staff were super warm and accommodating, and everything from the food to the setting exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to coming back!

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like, if anything, we just wish we could’ve stayed longer! If we had to mention one thing, it would be that we’d have loved a few more dining options, such as an à la carte menu, everything we ate was delicious, just a little limited in choice. It would have been lovely to have a second dining area open in the evenings, perhaps reopening the pool restaurant to offer a more relaxed setting and a different menu. A bit more variety over the course of the holiday would make an already great experience even better.

Beautiful property with very friendly staff. The spa facilities were very nice and we loved the overall vibe of the place. We were greeted with champagne and felt very welcomed. Someone came personally and help us set up crib and make the babies’s bed, which was very unexpected and nice! Laila the girl at the front desk was also super accommodating and friendly. She personally walked us to our room and made us feel very welcome.

We were able to find street parking, but this could be a bit of a challenge. I’d imagine in peak season. For us in February we were able to find one luckily with our baby.

Loved the pool and spa area and facilities. Very well maintained grounds. Really helpful and attentive reception staff especially Laila.

We had dietary restrictions in our group which were catered for at breakfast (thank you) but outside of breakfast time there were no suitable options at lunch or dinner for vegan. Also the bar staff could have been more proactive with asking for drinks if you’re by the pool rather than having to go to the bar but very minor.

We loved this hotel - great gym, spa and pool, fabulous breakfast with loads of choice and healthy options, beautifully kept grounds, great rooms with lots of space and comfortable beds and really fantastic friendly and efficient staff - I was expecting nice but this is genuinely one of the best hotels i have stayed in

The only thing which is small - signage! It was a bigger complex that would have benefited from signs (to get to the gym especially) but other than that it was brilliant

Such a relaxing place to stay which is a lot due to the staff. Breakfast is wonderful and you don’t feel rushed at all. Spa area is small but enough to spend an hour or two. Outside pool was freezing as doesn’t get heated so be warned! In all a great place to stay which is located a short walk from bus routes and the harbour. Will be back!

The only complaint is the ‘live’ music which was so old fashioned and typically English cabaret! Some lovely authentic Spanish music would suit the hotel more and not make us all feel so old!

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Location was good, just a short 10 min walk to Port D'Andraxt itself. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Lots of sun beds around the pool, never went looking for a bed. Bar area by the pool was a great space to chill. This is a 4* hotel and it lived up to that rating.

This is being very picky ... the pool in some (small) areas had a tiny bit of mould in the grout. That needed attention. Shrubs around the room could've done with a trim (we had a ground floor room so a larger terrace but bush overgrowth meant it 'seemed' smaller than it was). Still some people putting towels on sun beds to reserve (thats always wound me up and something us brits - see not just Germans, do all the time anywhere in the world).

Absolutely lovely hotel. The rooms were really spacious, with a balcony, and housekeeping were exceptional. The food was excellent and the half-board deal was amazing value; you can choose anything you like from the main menu for dinner each night, including sides. The gardens, terraces and pool area are beautiful and well-maintained, and the poolside bar had very good lunch options. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and on the whole the service was very good. We found it easy to walk into Port d’Andratx or to get a taxi into nearby towns and beaches, which is an added bonus. The airport transfers arranged by the hotel were extremely efficient.

There were just a few minor issues: 1) Service at lunchtime in the poolside bar could be a little slow and chaotic 2) The pool area was very busy with significant competition to bag loungers early in the morning 3) The spa was very disappointing - you have to pay to use the jacuzzi/hydrotherapy pool and our massages were underwhelming

We loved the buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options and the warm swimming pool. The main swimming pool has own Jacuzzi corner and kids were allowed to use it. The Spa facilities for adults only included sauna, Jacuzzi and many more . The room we booked was not available so the hotel has given us an upgraded option as we were family of 4. Thanks for that!

The hotel is a bit pricey and the area past the hotel looks like abandoned area with houses left half built. The latter has nothing to do with the hotel of course but this area left uneasy feelings.

Beautiful, intimate, and very clean. Perfect location (far enough away from the town but a short walk) and incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Our flight arrived later in the evening so we arrived at the hotel at 10pm. We had gotten half board but had no expectations for the first evening as it was so late. We were given orange juice when we arrived and they had put servings aside for us and gave us a full meal despite it being so late. The food was incredible. Brilliant selection for breakfast and everything we got for dinner was as good (if not better) as an expensive restaurant back home. Port d’Andratx itself is quiet and very pretty. The weather was lovely the whole time so we were able to watch the sunset a few times. The nightlife is very welcoming and tourist friendly. I would absolutely recommend staying here either for a couples retreat, family getaway, or simply just to be somewhere nice and calming. Only thing to note for prospective holiday makers is that if you need the airport shuttle back to Palma, it needs to be booked 48 hours in advance. But even if that window is missed, the hotel will book a taxi for you.
