The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I could store my bike in the basement, big plus (it's a narrow and steel stair case - that might not work with e-bikes and MTBs, but it's easy for your road or gravel bike). The room was nicely modernized and it had a good aircon and the bathroom was tidy and spacious and bright. Breakfast was a good example of Italian diversity and also included fresh fruit and juices.

The shower handling was broken and deserved repair and the room door was not good at keeping sounds outside.

The hotel is run by a fabulous family who welcomed me with a friendly smile and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious - so many choices and of a high quality. As I come from warmer climes I found the evening chilly and the night-manager came up with an extra duvet and a portable heater - service above and beyond.

I liked everything, but I wish I knew that the walk from the station was smoother through the centre of town, rather than the way suggested by Google Maps...at least the walk back was easier, despite being uphill.

The hotel is just off the main piazza an main street of Cuneo, very convenient. Appear to be a very recent renovation or new hotel. we were able to get parking on the street nearby with good rate. The room was comfortable the bathroom and shower were top notch. All of the staff were charming, very helpful, explained everything, provided suggestions for dinner restaurant, they gentleman even provided a discount coupon for a newly opened restaurant nearby, and it turned out to be one of the best meals we had in Italy The breakfast buffet was very complete and excellent choices. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend .

the entry door is thin and allows corridor noise through. i think they can add an overly panel to solve this issue. otherwise no other issues.

Highly recommended hotel. Everyone from the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY (both at the reception and cleaning staff) and always trying to help, communication prior to arrival was very good as well. The hotel is perfectly located 100m from the main square but still we had a very quiet room with a window towards the courtyard. Air conditioning worked pretty well and we were able to reserve a car spot in the inner courtyard for 15€ per night. Breakfast was also very good so if we ever come back to Cuneo, we WILL VISIT CUNEO HOTEL AGAIN!

Perfectly located in the center of the city. Almost every restaurant is within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent! One of the best we’ve had in Europe. Gloria at the front desk was extremely attentive and super helpful.

The AC was not turned on. It was a very minor inconvenience as the room was warm when we got there but it got cold during the night. Not an issue.

Exceptional. Braskfast was very good, the hotel was very clean, room and bathroom with a good size and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even acomodated a personal need we had, we could feel how they put the customer in first place (normally not what we see happening in Italy, in general) They also had a 10% discount coupon to use in a great nearby restaurant. I totally recomend this place. Also great location.

I would suggest to add in the "pet friendly policy" the part that says it is not allowed to leave the pet alone in the room. I had a ski lesson in the morning (in Limone) and I was counting with leaving my dog there. They were very nice and made an exception for us that day, which saved my lesson, but I wish I knew about it before. I saw many hotels in booking with the info available - something like: pet friendly, may have additinal cost, pet cannot stay unattended - When this last part is not written, I had always interpreted that it was fine. Of course from now on I'm confirming it directly with the structures, but it's much easier and faster when the info is available from the beginning.

Everything was like new and well done to begin with. The location could not be better, the bed was nice (I like hard mattresses ), the bathroom sparkled with quality furnishings, both bedroom and bathroom were spacious, even breakfast was excellent.

The only thing that stops me from giving top scores all around was the plastic cups in the bathroom. If they had been glass, this place would have been absolutely perfect in my opinion.

Location was fantastic, close to the old town with all it offered. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made the stay more enjoyable. The breakfast offering was very good with a selection of cold meats, cheeses, pastries, yoghurt and fresh fruit. The room was a good size with reasonable storage space, a safe and desk.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Provision of these would have made our stay even more enjoyable

I like that it is spotless and well-organized. The manager called me a day before we checked in to ensure we would be accommodated well on the day we arrived. The staff were amiable. Even though their parking spots were taken they pointed us to a free parking spot nearby.

I can hear the other people in another room, It can be disturbing especially if they are noisy.

Nice location in the center, just a short walk away from the historical district. The reception was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel was very clean.

The room was quite small and my view was to a parking lot. But it was very clean and I was just there for one night.
