This was a great experience for me. My first room it was too noisy with the highway and diesel trucks right outside my door however staff was quick to remedy that for me the next morning when I asked if I could move. They were so gracious. I first spoke with Amy (WOW what an amazing colleague), I also saw that she handles most every aspect of that motel and made sure that every visitor felt at home. I would love to recruit her if I were a hiring manager. She was the best in the breakfast area too, it was never in need of anything. Breakfast offerings was awesome with good taste and thank you for having some gluten free options. (Some cream cheese would be nice). I also liked Scarlet at the front desk. She was amazing to be so young but so knowledgeable and kind. I also met the manager, Ruth who was helpful as well. But for your overall outstanding colleague It was AMY all the way. I hope you know she is what will bring people to your establishment and keep them coming back. I also met other cleaning staff who were friendly, but I failed to get their names. My room was clean, spacious. The beds were comfortable. The AC and heat worked great. I loved that the windows opened, and we could get the fresh Colorado air. I felt safe in my room and on the property. I have photos that I will post on Trip Advisor. The maintenance staff was very nice and cordial. Thank you for providing me with a reasonable cost safe space with breakfast each day while I was in the area visiting with my dad in Pueblo. I will always come back if you maintain this level of excellence. PLEASE acknowledge your staff for doing a great job.

The noise from the Diesel engines starting very early in the morning. The refrigerator stopped working and I lost some food, but the staff quickly replaced it for me once I notified them. The owner from the Asian restaurant was not nice, and after two attempts to engage with him, I decided he didn't really want our business, so we ate elsewhere. It's too bad because I love that type of food. Breakfast area was great the day's Amy was on duty, the other times it wouldn't have coffee or foods and there was no one around to ask. I wished there was an ice maker on the second floor. The back downstairs door closest to the back of the property didn't lock however the side doors always locked.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with the staff about things to do.

The continental breakfast offered wasn't available. I thought I booked through Wyndham when I called the Wyndham phone number. Whoever I called booked it through Expedia.

Location was great, room was a little well worn, it the bed was comfortable, aircon worked and we got a good nights sleep. Fridge freezer and microwave great.

Bathroom had hairs in the bath and on the floor. Sheets also had hairs on them. Curtains had holes in them. Breakfast was a joke, bread to toast! That was it!

Easy check in and out! Expanded breakfast that included fresh egg omelettes, make your own waffles, and hot sausage. Fresh fruit and juice. Cereal and of course fresh coffee. We expected a simple continental breakfast but were very pleasantly surprised at the very good meal. The room was newly renovated and comfortable. Very quiet even though it was close to the freeway. Also, a friendly staff, from the front counter staff to all their day staff, smiles all around. Very pleasant experience.

We could only stay one night otherwise we would have enjoyed staying longer.

This hotel is clean and staff is friendly and willing to help with anything. I like that there are two good restaurants across the street. In-room coffee is good. We like to stay here because it is a straight shot to both Pueblo and Trinidad, and more affordable. Planning to return when the pool is open. Real old-fashioned outdoor pool with a deep end. Heated!

Breakfast is so-so. No hot offerings

the room was clean and quiet. Newly updated. Staff was pleasant and available. Bed was very comfortable. This place is a gem. We ate at the Japanese restaurant on the property. Very good. In-room coffee was good, and breakfast buffet was okay. The mountain views from the breakfast room are exceptional.

I couldn't adjust the tub fixture for it to drain properly. It was a very nice hot shower and a well-designed bathroom. The towels were pretty nice, too, for this price. The drapes let light in at the top, so the facility lights came into the room all night. Wish they would dim some of those lights. We were in room 110 facing the courtyard

Affordable room, air conditioning worked, the fairly spacious room had a small sofa, desk and office chair, microwave and fridge. Complimentary breakfast was good.

There was a musty odor in the room, several maintenance-related items were noted such as door handle that stuck; paint that needed touch-ups, window screen appeared too big for the window. AC unit was loud and rattly. During check-in and at breakfast, staff appeared more involved in some type of personal interactions than helping customers.

Quiet, clean,fantastic staff, fantastic breakfast. For breakfast they did not just serve plain scrambled eggs but little cheese omelets. The views from the breakfast room were really beaytiful.. Room was beautiful and quiet. Bed was nice and firm. The staff that i meet were very friendly and very good at making you feel at home. Property was very clean.

The cleanliness of the room even in my secret checking spots. The friendly staff from check in to checkout was great. I especially liked the young man who held the doors open for us when we checked in.

The breakfast had changed from last year so there were no hot dishes but overall it was okay.

Management was very helpful and everyone was very professional

No protein whatsoever on the breakfast menu. Very little food out.
