The room was nice, Beds were confutable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was okay. The pool was nice, Daughter loved it, (little to cold for me)

No working fan in the bathroom,. Internet was very hit and miss ,Worked well during the day but was very slow in the evening. Bad smell in the bathroom sink. T.V receptions was very poor, Made it hard to watch TV It kept cutting out (most likely from the high winds going on

Staff was fantastic and friendly. Well kept and clean. Breakfast was good and the coffee was much better than I had even hope for. The space in the room was perfect and the AC unit worked great. Location couldn't have been better.

The hotel was muggy and had a funny smell. The bathroom in our room had obvious water damage in the walls from the room above and it had been painted over but not repaired. The bathroom had it's own odd smell that got worse through the night.

The room was a nice size and very clean. The pool and hot tub were nice. The breakfast was very good and had good options. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I think it was bad timing during construction of the hotel. There were many projects going on and you had to walk around things. It was a little dusty because of this, but we understand it was to make improvements, The pool had the same family with about 10 kids jumping and loud both nights we went, no matter what time we went down to the pool they were always there. Not sure if they were actually staying at the hotel.

Breakfast was good because it had hot oatmeal and a toaster that I could put my gluten free bagel in.

The heating system was set up such that the fan blew off and on all night long - keeping me from staying asleep. I spoke with staff about it the next day and she came to my room to check it out and said she would let someone in maintenance know. I appreciated her exacting attention.

The room was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing along with the continental breakfast

I couldn't fully get the shower head to work correctly. The pull-out couch was intolerable. It was nothing but a box spring type mattress no one could sleep on it. That left three of us sharing the bed and one sleeping on the couch not using the pull out. The couch was extremely hard as well but much better than the mattress.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff is so cheerful and helpful. The room layout is great.

The heater/cooling fan is too noisy for me to sleep but we figured out a way to turn it completely off and could open the windows this time. So that was a great improvement. (I think last time the windows were frozen shut or something like that)

Loved the hot tub, laundry facilties, breakfast and spacious room

TV in room 230 is to small and needs to be mounted to a swivel mount. It is hard mounted and when ever the window is even slightly open it gets a terrible reflection from the window. Drapes had to be closed all the time during the day time if watching TV otherwise it the reflection from the window was terrible. If on a swival mount then TV could be moved to avoid the window reflection

Great location! Close to downtown. Was super surprised how wonderful this property is! Loved the extra space with a couch and 2 tv's! Love the decor and cleanliness.

Loved everything! Even breakfast! It was Sunday morning so it was a little busy but you had a nice big space so it worked out great for everyone!

We missed breakfast. 😂 my kids wanted to swim. We didn't get out of the pool in time ha. Totally our bad. Not sure what else to write. It keeps making me type 🤦🏽‍♀️

This place is seems to always be under construction when we come to stay. Being in Construction the scaffolding would be a HUGE liability. Especially in the main lobby.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the gym was very clean and had nice equipment. The bed was also very comfortable and I liked the way our room was setup.

The parking was an issue. We returned to our room late at night and had trouble finding a parking spot.
