Service was good! Facility is clean and comfy!! The bed was so comfortable ♡ good location from the interstate and near stores.

We were upstairs and the stairs to get up there are in very poor condition. Carpet lifting and stairs bending and cracking loudly...My husband tripped a couple of times going up and down them, almost fell down them after catching his toe on the torn, lifted carpet piece. Scary, in the moment. He had his hands full and if he hadn't shifted at the last second he would have fallen face first down the rest of the stairs. Also, the toilet paper isn't very good. Actually, painful to use.

The room was very nicely furnished and would be perfect for a long-term stay, a bit wasted on us but it was still great to have multiple surfaces to work and places to sit. Noting to complain about and hair dryer and iron plus board were all available.

The bathroom might need a bit of paint. If not that, then maybe some major scrubbing. Oh, what a surprise to have a full bottle of shampoo and another one of conditioner which we used but of course, left for the next guests.

Easy location off of I25. Starbucks and Cracker Barrel are close. I’ve stayed here many times on a regular basis. Always get a clean, comfortable room. No complaints. Breakfast is standard motel food . I get it everywhere and often don’t bother.

Our room had several things in need of repairs. A strip of tile flooring was missing by the bathroom. The bathtub had several large nicks out of the enamel (like someone took a hammer to it!) and one was rough and rusted. The light fixture would not stay plugged in and had been bent.

The everyday breakfast, the employees were really cool and the size of the room with a king size bed. 👍

No indoor pool or fitness room. I also would like to say that the outside of the property needs to be taken care of more like the minor weeds that's around the property.

I’ve stayed here 5 times I think. It’s a good stop on a regular route I take. No reason to try another place. It’s clean, quiet and convenient to I 25. Staff are always nice to me. Breakfast is routine but very appreciated.

No landscaping on grounds. Too much concrete.

Clean space, nice staff, good breakfast. Price match the hotel conditions and good to stay for the night to get ready and keep going for your trip at the next day

Add some hot eggs for the breakfast and orange juice can be more natural :)

CHeck in was fast and easy with option for pre-check in and able to reserve room for another person was perfect.

Address is lame and hard to find as the location is on Eagle Ridge Blvd not North Freeway

the pillows and bedding could be of higher quality but i realize this is an economy motel, so i understand those parameters as well

The sofa in the room was threadbare, i.e. it needs to be replaced since you could see the under stuffing between the worn-out cushion cover.
