The staff was polite and accommodating. Great sense of humor.

The town traffic was like driving in a major city. The listing with Booking.com was wrong, thankfully. It was listed as no parking available. So I Googled the facility for pictures. Almost didn't book because of there bad info. Several other cites state the same about parking. NOT GOOD PEOPLE/AI!!!!

Front Desh staff member, Mariah, was amazing. Very quiet location. Very secure with cameras all around. Front desk staff was able to view cameras at all times. Very clean.

Understand that this location is in Colorado, where certain "smoking" is allowed. Many guests smelled of "smoke," and it would linger in the hallways and elevator.

I like being on the first floor.

The shower needed to be unclogged and it wasn’t cleaned well. I found a short hair on the wall before I took a shower and I have long hair. Also there is a floor length mirror I wasn’t comfortable with so I covered it with a blanket.

Room very clean. Breakfast with variety. Good location for my needs. Did not notice any strangers hanging out on the outside which o have noticed at other Pueblo locations.

Needs an update but that is not as important to me as long as clean.

Location, was easy to get to They gave me a handicapped room at my request The staff was friendly Room close to the reception desk

There was a hot machine with three places for food. The only thing offered was sausage in them. I was charged for a no show night, that didn't happen, glad I caught it, they did fix it.

Wonderful, accommodating and welcoming staff! There are many hotels in the area I picked this one because previous reviews said it was clean and the staff was nice. Very accurate. The check in was smooth, breakfast was great and hotel was pretty quiet. I was a little worried to even stay in Pueblo, but we had no issues. See you next week!

Got to see fireworks from our room!! Breakfast was adequate except eggs. Staff super friendly. When our keys didn't work, she ran up with new keys.

Powdered eggs were dry and tasteless.

Some deviceI in the room which I couldn’t identify to disconnect was making a very loud noise like a giant clock ticking ! Mentioned to staff but did not identify???

The location was great for our visit. Breakfast was good - love the waffles! Handicap parking and accessibility was good. Nice pool. Refrigerator and microwave very handy. AC very welcome. Shower was nice, and HC bars very welcome.

Non-handicap vehicles in the HC spots. (Good - Staff assisted in getting us a spot.) The tub was tough for accessibility - glad the bars were available.

This was my second time staying here. The first time I was overcharged and I had to call and email to get it fixed. This time was not that way. I paid right away, and the room was fine. But what really got me was the breakfast! Fresh, and delicious. The chili made the breakfast that much better. You just need to add tortillas!

Everything was good, the employees, the room, the breakfast. I will always stay here when I am in Pueblo!
