Having a room close to a side door for the dog.
The homeless trying to sneak in. The staff works very diligently to keep them out and keep things quiet. YEA STAFF KEEP UP THE HARD JOB.

Location to hwy, dining, fuel etc. clean rooms, friendly staff and pool safe and clean.
No elevator for 2nd floor and too much suspicious activity in and out of building after 11pm.

The nicest place we stayed on our entire 7 day trip to Colorado. Super nice room and excellent service. Highly recommend this motel to anyone staying around Manitou

Everything you might need was right there. The rooms were clean, and the staff friendly and helpful.
The ice machine was noisy. Try to get a room that is not too close to it.

Our air conditioner in our room was not working, so they were very accommodating and put us in another room

It was clean and quiet. Sadly the pool and jacuzzi were under maintenance so hopefully next time we'll get to enjoy it. Great location. I can't remember the ladies name that helped us out but she was so nice and sweet. (Awesome red hair)
The only thing i would say was the check in time at 3pm but I'm sure it's standard.
