No smoking rooms, but there was a chair and ashtray placed outside of room, which was nice. The motel is old, but they do a good job keeping the room clean and there was a full fridge in the room we stayed in. Small parking lot, but we always found a spot at the end of the day. We were able to walk across the street to 7-11 for our morning coffee. The location is just off the highway, but a 5-10 minute drive to lots of restaurants and stores, very good location for us and our son's residence.

This is an older motel, so it wasn't nice and shiny like a newer motel would have been, but for us it was comfortable. Might not be to everyones liking, but it worked well for us.

for the price it was great.owners were friendly & helpful.i would definitely stay again. older motel,but very clean. it even had full fridge,micro,& table w/ chairs for meals...small property,which i like, easy access from interstate. this motel was perfect for my stay in Colorado Springs.

The property is well maintained. The showers warm and plenty of pressure. Close to interstate , food, park, conveniences

The walls are a little thin. But everyone was settled by 10 and no loud noise until after 6:30

The hotel was close by gas & restaurants. Very well maintained and kept up.

Light for bathroom sink was linked to the fan that was over the toilet. There was another switch for the light over the toilet. That switch should linked to fan. The HVAC system is pretty loud.

The Ute was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is more than reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I love the fact this is a privately owned motel and not a corporate entity. The owners are courteous and provide for my comfort as a single traveler. The rooms provide basic necessities without a lot of frivolous extras. It isn't the Ritz Carlton and I am not paying for that!

The only negative I can find is the parking lot is small - it has a 2nd story - but it is what it is and the owners keep the lot cleared in bad weather & parking is available, just not necessarily close to your room.

Owner was very friendly and accomodating. Room was spacious and well heated. Wifi worked well.

Neighbourhood seemed a bit rough, nearby gas station had some teens smoking pot in the car.

Friendly office staff. Quick check in. clean room.

Comfortable beds.
