The breakfast was exceptional. Wide menu to choose and it was hot, not lukewarm. The dear woman who ran the breakfast was very accommodating. There was no French toast out one morning, and my daughter asked if it was not on the menu that day. She responded if you want French toast, I will make some up within a very short time she had it on the buffet. She went around asking how your meal was, and she took time to visit with the patrons. The desk personal were the same very friendly and cordial. Answered questions thoroughly. The Staff were superb!

Nice clean room with modern furniture, large TV, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Perfect location to suit my needs & close to many restaurants and shops.

My room was next to the hotel laundry. Apparently, they wash their linens in the middle of the night. The washing machine became off balance and made a very loud noise and vibrated the wall and bed.... not a pleasant way to wake up.

Loved the location. It was super quiet. Staff that greeted us and checked us in and out were wonderful. Very friendly. Customer service oriented.

The only complaint I have is about housekeeping. They came to our door 3 times before check out time and were literally banging on our door. When I told her we were almost ready she stood outside the door to be sure we left. It was 1130am. Check out is at Noon. I found it extremely rude.

Location was so beautiful and the breakfast was amazing.

I honestly have no complaints. Staff was amazing Emerald checked us in super friendly and very helpful listed all of our amenities and allowed my son and I to feel very welcomed. The overnight front desk was also very attentive to our needs.

Very accommodating. They allowed us late checkout when our flights were delayed. Beds were very comfortable

Checkin was slow as there was only one person for checkin and a number of people all standing in lobby trying to checkin at same time

Breakfast was most excellent the first two days ! The last two days had a different staff person working breakfast. She was a lovely, gracious lady but most inefficient and not organized to keep the food items replenished.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed reclining on the chaise lounge (?) in the evening.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but one of the desk attendants got kind of snippy with us about discarding our recyclables. (The hotel does not recycle. )
