It was beautiful, cozy, comfortable and relaxing. They're family friendly, with a great indoor pool. They're breakfast has mang options and it's fresh cooked, serve yourself buffet style. Place was clean. There are also little fire pits, a nice bar, and grill area and plenty of parking.

I was charged twice for my stay and they still havwnt emailed me back or some anything about it. So now I have to travel back to get ahold of someone for my $300 charged twice!

Our room was amazing. Very spacious with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and we liked the layout of the suite. The staff members were friendly on all days no matter what their job was - breakfast manager, front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance. The hotel was kept incredibly clean throughout. Will definitely stay here again!

If I were to offer a suggestion, the windows in the rooms could benefit from some type of noise barrier. You can hear the noise from the highway that is right at the hotel. However, we brought a sound machine from home and it easily blocked the noise at night. The front desk will even loan you one for free if you forget to bring one. It’s not terrible, but it is something that would benefit from some sort of barrier.

It was quiet and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety and it tasted good. I loved the kitchenette for preparing snacks or lunch, depending on the activity we were planning for the day. The room was spacious enough for 2, my teenage daughter and myself.

They don’t clean your room until the 5th night. We stayed for 4 nights. We ran out of toilet paper which they brought up to us and we could have used a few extra towels, but we were able to ask for them as well.

I liked how spacious the rooms were, I costed my kids here, and it felt like a home away from home, with a pool and kitchen were able to really enjoy our stay and see the springs, go on adventures daily and come “home” instead of a room. Beds were very comfortable, and the transition between the rooms made it feel bigger than normal hotel stays.

The picnic area was enclosed I felt like it would be more enjoyable if it wasn’t so secluded, I could hear the traffic after hours, and would be nice if they had different pillows soft and medium to hard, also please add a can opener to the kitchen

Breakfast staff was great, and the bartender was fabulous. Friday night and Saturday night, she really made the stay very welcoming.

When I checked in Friday evening the clerk was not welcoming at all. Maybe a bad day, I admit I am older and look little worn. But to be remined three different times not to break anything in the room or I will be charged. Being told is fine but the contempt in his voice. Like I am not the kind of guest you want in your hotel. The young lady that was at the desk during the day was great, she made me feel like a guest. She checked me out Sunday morning around eleven, so very gracious. Thanked me for my stay and I believe sets the bar for customer service.

The breakfast options were great and caters to people of all preferences (vegans also). I have been to many hotels but here the Sofa cum bed was very comfortable. Bathroom & kitchen amenities were also sufficient. Few of the upper rooms must have view to pikes peak which is added advantage for people who would like to spend quality time inside rooms.

Can't say much as front office staff was also courteous. Overall stay met my expectations. The only downside is being at Airport location this hotels is bit far from major attractions of Colorado Springs (10-15 miles).

The breakfast was great! The room was perfect just for me and my husband the bed was really comfortable I like how they had everything stocked for a kitchenette had all the dishes you could use to cook a meal:

The only downside of our stay was when we lost electricity for while and happened well it was still dark outside so it was hard to get around

My husband and I had a wonderful time there! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Especially Kristin at the front desk. The business center was out of order. She helped me complete the task I needed to do in no time.

My husband and I are vegetarians. Unfortunately, there wasn't much available in terms of hot servings for breakfast. All of the egg dishes had meat in them. This happened all three days we were there. The food was good, however, it would have been better with a vegan/vegetarian option, as well.

The breakfast was perfect, with real crockery and metal cutlery (which is increasingly rare in American hotels of this category). The location is easy to find and was an ideal base for visiting the Paint Mines Interpretive Park and the National WWII Aviation Museum. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. Parents appreciated the quietness and cleanliness of the hotel.

I liked the fact it had a kitchen in the room and it was roomer for 4 people. I like it was closed to everything we wanted to see plus it was close to family. I was quit. We didn’t hear anyone coming or going that was a plus.

I didn’t like that when we ask for a blanket for the pull out bed we couldn’t get one. Stating that there was one in the room but there wasn’t we looked everywhere for it and it wasn’t there. So we had to go buy a blanket for the kids to use the bed. But other in than we enjoyed the stay.
