Location was central to where our activities were planned. It was very close to a Walmart so we could easily obtain what we needed.

We requested towels to have on hand. If we did not use we kept in bathroom. Daily, Housekeepers took all but one set per person away. I use two bath towels daily and had need for extra due to medical reasons. I found this very frustrating. Laundry was out of order. We were there for 9 days. Seems like it was enough time to repair or replace. If not, don’t say laundry available on your website.

This hotel seemed pretty new still. Everything was so clean. Although I have 2 dogs of my own, I specifically requested a room that did not have pets in it. We were given a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, and it had exceptional views and smelled so nice--fresh and clean. We watched all the fireworks from our large window. Breakfast was great, and so was the hard-working lady who kept everything stocked. I highly recommend this hotel but be prepared to spend a couple hundred a night but worth it. Thank you

I was not too happy with the room rate....but it was July 4th, and holidays always result in higher prices.

Great location just off I-25 on the very south end of the Springs. Only 5 minutes to Fort Carson and it has a Walmart that is just a 5 minute walk away. A few quick service restaurants are also within a short walk or a very short drive.

Housekeeping was coming around at 9am in the morning and if you told them to come back you did not get service for that day. It would make more sense to have housekeeping taking care of those rooms that guests have checked out from first and then go to those rooms where individuals are there for longer stays.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast options were delicious and offered a great variety. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was amazing - lots of great choices and excellent quality. The location was okay, but close to the interstate, so noisy most of the time. The staff was just terrific - always ready to help, friendly and professional. the rooms were easy to use, spacious and functional in every way. Terrific stay, nothing fancy but everything we needed.

Noisy location and inconvenient parking lot.

They have a very nice side view of the mountains and the ability to go outside and watch the mountain with your breakfast. Also, it was the most complete IHG brand breakfast we have experienced in awhile. Check-in was smooth, and that can sometimes be an issue with a third party booking.

They did a good job all around, I'd wished the site had a tub anywhere in the rooms, but this is not a deal breaker.

Everything was great. Easy, clean, safe, predictable. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. (We had a bad hotel stay elsewhere a month ago and man, you take for granted how good a predictable, clean, safe hotel is. I was so comfortable and relaxed here).

The location was perfect for my husband, daughter, and myself. It was very close to our family's home as well as a Walmart if we needed anything. It is also very close to a few places to eat including Freddies, Qdoba, and Jersey Mikes Subs. Overall the stay was amazing. We stayed in a non-smoking King Suite and the amount of space was perfect. The place was so clean I wasn't afraid to let my daughter run around and play on the floor. They even had casting abilities on the TV so we were able to play our daughter's morning Bluey episode on Disney Plus with no issue.

The only thing I can think of that I would say could use improvement not necessarily didn't like was the bed. It was okay. The pillows were amazing but the bed itself could be softer and the bedding could definitely use some help. Mostly the comforter and mattress protector. The comforter was slightly too small for the bed and not very thick. But still 100 times better than several other hotels I have stayed at in the past.

The Indoor pool was freezing, we couldnt take our kids swimming because it was too cold The location was hard to find. behind all the strip mall places and by the walmart

The location was easy to get to and a good variety of businesses around. The breakfast was good.

We were charged for the sheets to go on the pullout couch bed. The pool is not heated but it was ok to cool off.
