We had an issue with the TV not working but the manager and the owner both stopped by to make sure everything was working for us. The apartment felt "homey" and we loved that. They provided us with excellent recommendations for local attractions. The apartment was supposed to have a balcony but they moved us to a lower apartment with its own little terrace which was great since we had two rambunctious kids with us. The location seemed sketchy at first but it was a nice, quiet area. All in all, it was a great trip. Will definitely return!

The only thing I would complain about was that the towel rack fell in the bathroom, but it happened on our last day there so it didn't inconvenience us at all.

It was nice to have more space than staying in a hotel room, and the onwer responded quickly.

That i booked for a 3 bd rm and only got a two bd rm, I feel like it should have been acknowledged and a discount should have been given due to it not being what I was supposed to get. Also it wasn't ready at the designated check-in time.

Was very roomy and all my questions were answered by staff, nice people

Neighbor hood was sketchy but no one bothered us and the cops did regular checks around the properties

It was clean, well furnished and comfortable.

The air circulation wasn't the best, so the temperature wasn't even through out the apartment.

Spacious, quiet area (except dumpster trash pickup is done Sunday at night, which was a surprise). Easy to access.

Need a multi outlet adapter or power strip for the TV /digital antenna / cd (Netflix) box. Otherwise no issues of concern.

Kitchen was GREAT. Plenty of towels and sheets. Apartment was clean.

Outside appearance was a little scary as well as 1st impression of the hallway/staircase. TERRIBLE mattress in foldout couch (unusable).

Apartment was very clean and everything provided. There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Beds were comfortable. Appropriately furnished and arranged. Easy entrance with the pin provided by host to get in and out of the apartment. Good communication thru out our stay. I read previous reviews and was a little hesitant but we were very pleased. We would stay here again.

The location is close to an unsavory neighborhood but we felt very safe and the neighborhood the apartment is in was very quiet.

It was nice and clean. The apartment was cute a d homey. Well stocked with anything we could need. Plenty of room for the family

2 of the 3 rooms had no AC and it was pretty hot

Was a great value for the apartment. It was nice to have everyone in one place. Had everything we needed. Clear instructions on the use of the property.

Place was clean and quiet. Perfect opportunity to catch up on some well need rest and relaxation! The hosts were AMAZING and I'd recommend to anyone!!
