I didn’t take advantage of every amenity, but everything I did come into contact with was clean and maintained. The Wi-Fi was great, I liked that the heat/ac unit under the window let me micromanage the room temperature to perfection, the hotel feels modern and cozy overall, the mattress was so good I thought about taking it home, and the front desk clerk Jakob was a lot of help—very personable, funny, and knowledgeable.

The only thing I can think of to criticize is that the shower floor was kinda slippery; an anti-skid mat would go a long way.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The room was quiet...bed was comfortable...shower pressure was great and ample hot water. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was very good and the host was very friendly and on top of everything.

The hotel is a bit hidden behind a vacant restaurant building, so it was bit of a challenge to find (but well worth the search).

Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good too. Bonus was my husband was excited to find out they have green chili with breakfast, lol.

I have no complaints about my stay here, everything was good.

I was given a floor room close to the area where my car was parked. It made things very convenient for me, physically and time wise.

The access door to the outside/inside would not accept the keycard, so access was through the main office door. Someone put a small rock in the exit door which made our trips in and out shorter.

The staff was super friendly. Requested early check in and they were very accommodating. Room very comfortable. Restored my faith in Best Western.

We have stayed here twice with our 2 small dogs. We get a King Suite and the space and layout are perfect! We can hang out on the couch in one area and then sleep in the other section. The bed is so comfy and the best feature! There is great space and grass for dog walking

Nothing, this is one of the best places I have stayed! Only feedback but not about the hotel is the fact the location has construction nearby that makes getting there tricky

Breakfast was great, loved the coffee. Olivia at the front desk was super helpful and very fun.

Carrying a heavy suitcase up 18 steps was not fun. An elevator would be nice for those heavy trips.

The way to get there from the road is fairly easy, but to get back out is annoying.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Unlimited coffee in the lobby was excellent.

I had to leave a little early due to a family emergency. Wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay there again.
