Nice to be able to grab something to put in your belly. and the fact that you could get coffee all day long -- huge plus!

Check in was awful. I had checked in online with the app, but sill had to wait while 2 clerks took care of the one family in front of me. Then when I finally got to the front of the line, the clerk told be there was a delay because they had oversold and they were trying to juggle everything. I just didn't understand what the benefit of checking in online ahead of time was.

Check-in clerk Kaylene, was wonderful. We got there early so she was going to keep our luggage behind the desk, Before we left, a room came available so she checked us in early. She also recommended we visit Garden of the Gods which was wonderful.

Had trouble with the internet. In fact, I could not log on. My PC told me "no internet" and also said it was a risky site. I was not able to do anything on my PC for those 2 days.

Location was perfect and we walked to several locations. EV charging station was across the street in the theater parking lot. We arrived on a cold, snowy afternoon after a long drive and were greeted warmly and told hot chocolate and coffee were available!

We stayed for two nights and one key quit working twice necessitating a trip to the lobby from the 3rd floor to get it fixed.

The assistant manager made an adjustment based on the fact that the elevator didn't work in the middle of our visit.

The elevator was out of service requiring us to lug our stuff for the wedding we were attending up an down steps from the 3rd floor

Very comfortable room.

They need better signage to identify the location from the road. This hotel sits back from the road and it is easy to drive past it

The location was convenient to every place we wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied, with hot items as well as cereal, muffins, and yogurt (but no plain unsweetened type). All in all, a pleasant stay.

We had no complaints.

The breakfast was very good and satisfying, although the eggs and bacon were on the cool side. The workers (all of them) at the front desk were excellent. They were real and easy to have a good conversation with. I loved the treats on the counter too!

The pool or hot tub wasn’t working.

the gym was pathetic. there were no weights available. it would be better to have a weight machine than 3 cardio items in that small space.

The location was great. Loved the cleanliness. Loved that your pet friendly (75.00 pet fee is a little high, wasn’t expecting that much when we showed up).

Walls/Doors are shallow. Easy to hear surrounding doors closing/slamming shut. Easy to hear the people above our room walking/stomping around. It wasn’t all night, but at one point we talked about calling the front desk to address it. We’ll remember to ask for an upper level room.
