The breakfast was really nice. Excellent coffee! The breakfast room itself was warm and comfortable. Our Executive King Suite was very spacious, which allowed my daughters and I to move about easily while they got ready for their dance competitions. The large windows in the room are also beautiful. It's nice to have underground parking, although we weren't aware until checkout that the charge was $21/day.

The streets below the hotel suddenly become very noisy at night. It seems like a lot of motorcycles drive around and all the noise floats up to the room. We needed earplugs and white noise to be able to sleep. Also, the breakfast room could use a second toaster. There is only one toaster with two slots.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly, courteous and addressed all my requests quickly. Breakfast was very good! We loved being able to order eggs and the daily specials. The espresso machine was a huge bonus!! My son made a hot chocolate every day! We stayed in a suite with a kitchen that was stocked for 4 people (4 bowls, 4 plates, 4 cups, etc). We didn't do any cooking, but did use the normal dishes heating up coffee and leftovers from restaurants. Kitchen was equiped with a coffee maker (pods provided), dish towels, one packet of dishwasher powder and paper towels. I only used the dishwasher once since we didn't cook, and it was a bit loud. Lumen8 rooftop bar/restaurant has an amazing view! It was also nice having access to a private parking garage with elevators to that go straight to your floor.

the restaurant and bar had scheduled waterline maintenance and the front desk was not aware of the adjusted hours of service so I was misinformed! And there could’ve been some sort of notice given to guest that the morning Water in the sink and shower would be discolored because of that waterline maintenance!

The room: I loved the layout & size! - I love that there was an extra electrical & charging outlet on the desk - I love that I could connect to my personal Netflix via the TV. - I loved the blackout shades Breakfast: I love the variety of offerings, the friendly staff, and cleanliness

It would've been nice to know how much the parking was going to be upfront. Someone's dog pooped in an elevator and it took the cleaning staff a bit of time to get it cleaned.

The property is located walking distance to the Pikes Peak of Performing Arts. Excellent breakfast with made to order hot options. The staff were very nice and also gave us a coupon for 2 drinks, 3 crackers & slices of cheese. The kitchenette was spacious and comfortable. There’s public parking across the street. There’s a nice open courtyard Ed to hang out weather permitting.

The amenities were great! Loved the pool and hot tub, the room and the lobby was fun. We also loved the breakfast.

On Booking.com the room description said the room was 500 sq feet and the room we were in was about half that size. Also the sound proofing was not sufficient as we could hear everything in the hallway as well as the beep of the elevator every time it beeped.

We liked having the exercise room, although signage and directions could have been better. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the hot breakfast options

The bathrooms for the pool/gym were locked, so I had to go back to my room and nearly didn't make it. You would think they would be open at least by 6AM for those who wish to get in a workout before going to work. The rooms aren't very soundproofed. You could hear traffic and noisy guests as if they were in the room, but it was quiet after 10pm

The location made for easy access to all of the surrounding restaurants and attractions. The rooftop restaurant was nice for a romantic evening with views.

Not being notified until after I received my bill that I would be charged 17 dollars a night for parking when there is no other place to park. Was even given a "parking pass" under the guise it was free to come and go from the parking garage without charge cause we were staying there only to be charged for it after checking out. It is very misleading and dishonest.

Location,close to restaurants and attractions

The room very minimalist, it could have used a chair to sit in. The outdoor courtyard was a nice amenity. The parking lot pass failed to open the gate. The cars behind me had to backup to let me get out of the way; the same thing happened to other guests. The staff person worked hard to fix the problem and we eventually were on our way.

Excellent hotel, being relatively new everything was as it should be. Check-in and out was easy with pre-registration.. The hotel was busy when we arrived and we ended up with a disabled room which had lots of room and the bonus of a compact kitchen area. The position is great with easy access to restaurants and shops, free ride bus along the strip was an added bonus although it stops at 10 pm. Parking was easy and competitively priced. Free breakfast was appreciated and more than adequate with selection however at times it was busy but still manageable. Staff were helpful and very polite. Good value for money and would certainly recommend this hotel again.
