We had the pizza and visited both bars. The people were super friendly and helpful. The front desk was super friendly as well as the bell hop and the shoeshine guy. For food...I wasn't able to eat much at the hotel as there were really no vegan options. I heard someone else asking as well. We left for two other meals that we would have preferred at the hotel. The shower was AMAZING!!! The bathroom toilet was sooo small. Like for a 4 year old : )

The bathroom was not great. I thought the rooms would be a little nicer. Like I said... the shower head was awesome. The toilet was terrible. Bathroom door hit the toilet and shower floor all cracked up. Since I mentioned our 39th anniversary, I thought we might have a better room. I hope that wasn't the best : /

We enjoyed a quick evening meal before attending a performance at Pikes Peak Center. The venue is only a block away and we might have walked if it had not been raining. We enjoyed having covered free parking under the hotel.

Everything was fine. The hotel furnishing was good. The wooden portion of the bathroom vanity could use some TLC. There is an annual “visit” by moths now but there is nothing that can be done. The moths are not harmful. We have lived in the area and these moths always appear about this time of year and then they quickly leave.

The location was great, walking distance to several restaurants. Beautiful downtown area.

They need more staff in the hotel restaurant. We tried eating there for breakfast one morning and they only had 1 waitress(who was also hostess) and 1 cook. When we ordered, the waitress told us about only having 1 cook in the kitchen and there were 15 orders in front of us so it might take a while. We didn’t have time to wait that long so we left to find a different place to eat. The waitress was super sweet and we appreciated her honesty. We felt bad for her that she didn’t have any help.

The staff was great. The hottub is open 24 hrs. So I didn't feel rushed to get back at a certain time just to soak. Rooms were nice. The shower has great water pressure and no hot water issues. Beds were comfortable.

The bedding is crunchy. It sounded like tissue paper crinkling every time I moved. It kept me up a lot throughout the night. Housekeeping staff was talking so loud, starting at 830am. I wasn't able to sleep in. In the room across from us with the door open and in the hall it echos and it was very loud. Maybe have a talk with them about people are resting and to keep their voices to a minimum.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Liked the refresh of towels and room daily. Floor was quiet.

Room 817 The only complaint I have is that the remote for the TV would stay frozen and you had to turn it off to reboot. Certain times of the day especially the evening the TV was difficult. The location was excellent and we walked everywhere.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff especially was wonderful. The room we were in was just wonderful and the view was breathtaking.

There are two things that I would suggest be improved on.1- the bathtub was very slippery when taking a shower. My suggestion is to put some thing down. That's a little grippy or rough so if someone doesn't slip and fall. 2- the TV was extremely confusing and I could not find any local channels NBC, ABC, CBS, or Fox. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Mobile check-in and check-out was efficient. Staff was very nice. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I had a view of Pikes Peak. Overnight parking rates were reasonable whether you self-parked or used the valet.

I am a dying breed - I still read books. The lighting near the bed could have been better. Everything else in the room was fine.

The room was large and the view was incredible. The staff was friendly and genuine, and ready to make recommendations outside the hotel. We stayed less than 12 hrs, and they were able to make an impression on me that will last.

I don't have anything negative to say about the Antlers. The staff was friendly, plenty of amenities, the location was amazing, and it was a great value.

we had purposely booked a room on the mountain side so we could have that view each morning as we perpared to go out and see Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. It didn't disappoint.

Our floor ice machine quit working while we were there but that was not a deal breaker.

We love the Antlers location and charm, but with an old landmark comes noticeable wear and tear. Broken nightstand, TV didn't work, pools and hot tub are stained and aged. But the elegance of the grounds and lobby are gorgeous and the rooms are comfy. We will be back
