When we checked in we were going to be charged a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit, more than the one night room charge. This was never disclosed during online registration or we would have gone elsewhere. The pet deposit was reduced to $100. We asked to cancel the reservation and look for another "pet friendly" hotel. The answer was no. So now the nightly room cost was almost $300. Nothing wrong with the hotel only the pet policy which should have been disclosed up front. This is not a pet friendly hotel.

Staff was friendly, location was great, room was nice and clean. I liked that breakfast was until 10, most other hotels close up at 9. And check out was at 12 that's nice when you want to sleep in on weekends. You are able to walk to restaurants, and there are many to choose from. I also love the bottles of shampoo and soap in the shower. Plugs in the side table are a huge thing for me, I don't like to stand on my head to plug my phone in. Lol

Walls seemed thin, people in the hall talking was very loud. The bed was very hard. No regular coffee for the keurig. Missed a microwave. But these are not deal breakers. We'll maybe the bed. Are the mattresses the same in all the rooms as in firmness?

Convenient location - walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, & movies.

The Ogre that was tending to the breakfast was very rude, not just to us but others as well. You better be sure that you made it to breakfast before 8:45am in order to enjoy the good stuff like bacon & pancakes even though breakfast was over at 9:30am. The pancake bag needed to be replaced before 9am & when a lady asked for it to be replaced, the Ogre said the machine wasn't working anymore. This would've been a great stay overall if I didn't have to start my vacation days around such a nasty attitude.

Such a nice hotel, the breakfast was great and beds were comfortable. Not to mention the surrounding walking distance shops were perfect.

I didn’t like that the pool was not heated/warm. (No hot tub)

They had a variety and it did change, so it wasn't exactly the same everyday as some other motels do. Food was good and fresh & kept in supply

Can't think of anything to improve.

My son and I enjoyed the breakfast choices, including the mini pancake maker and the premade omelets. Staff was courteous and attentive.

There was remodeling going on, which was announced, but was noticeable in the elevator as well as the swimming pool being closed.

It is close to great shopping and restaurants. Room was very comfy!

We had just a little trouble finding it, since Google brought us in the back side, and COS is not great about street signs around the mall area.

Very nice Holiday Inn. Great front desk people, clean and comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was good. The best part is that it is RIGHT next to everything- tons of shops and restaurants.

It was at least twenty-five dollars more a night Than the other Holiday Inn's in town. I think that was a bit much. Not necessary to jack up the price that much just because of location.

Absolutely wonderful location, staff and room! We arrived a bit earlier than check-in time and we were called when a room became available. Room was clean, beds were comfy, overall great stay and would come again. There are so many things walking distance as this is in a shopping plaza, recommend Holiday Inn Express!

The room was great. very clean. large. great location.

I waited an extremely long time to get the keys to the room. the elevator sounded like it might not be at its best.
