The suite was spacious and had kitchens so we could cook and store food. The view of the mountains from the lobby and our room was incredible. The back patio had a fireplace that was perfect for night reading! There was also a complimentary breakfast that was a perfect start to our day. When we ran out of toothpaste, the receptionist provided us some, free of charge. All in all, the space, service, and amenities outweigh the distance from Colorado Springs attractions.

It was a bit far from the action in Colorado Springs, but we had a reliable car to get around with ease. Also, the Chromecast in our room was not set up, so we had to get it figured out ourselves, but after some troubleshooting, we remedied the issue.

Housekeeping staff are good at following up on requests especially clean towels, and changing beddings. They really worked hard and kept the beds nice and clean. The front desk staff are also welcoming. The guests laundry room was a big plus. The location is also great, right across the Super Walmart. Car wash is also just right outside the hotel and a gas station right at the corner. It is also near the highway to get to nearby sights like the Garden of the Gods, Manitou Dwelling, and the Broadmoor Seven Falls. Also the hotel is just a few minutes drive to Colorado Springs Airport (COS).

Breakfast was good but the bagel I got was not fresh. The cooked oatmeal was nice. The fruits are fresh. The tea selection need more improvement.

These suites were comfortable and roomy. We stayed for 15 days. They were kept clean with the housekeeping staff not being over intrusive so it felt more like a rented apartment than a hotel. The position was ideal for us as it was near our USA family The breakfast provided was plentiful and varied. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen equipment wasn’t that great Kitchen utensils were of a poor standard and not much available We ate in mostly due to being on a diet

Amazing hotel. Lovely space. Ample room for a family. We traveled with 2 kids and actually had room to sit and eat, sleep, play and cook. We were so happy with our stay here. Pool water was questionable and needed a severe backwash and clean. Kids loved it but as a pool owner...we know it wasn't great. Cooking supplies, fridge, microwave, a guest laundry (they even have a laundry basket in the room to use) We loved our stay. Breakfast was good and they supply boxes to take away which was fantastic. An outdoor hot tub. Walmart is across the road so we purchased food there, and cooked in the room. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Pool area could use a proper clean. Water was questionable and the same food crumbs and wrappers were there the following day so was obvious the space hadn't been cleaned.

The hotel was amazingly clean and nice. It was beautiful. The dishes were clean. Loved the stove and microwave and fridge and dishwasher. I will stay there again.

I did not like the breakfast. The eggs had a funny taste. The bacon on Saturday was great.

The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and so helpful all the time I would definitely refer my friends and family to this establishment. And this will definitely be the place that I choose any time I come to town

I was in town welcoming my first granddaughter, and I have to say the property was amazing. The room was beyond any other place I’ve ever stayed. I absolutely loved the amenities. It was a home away from home.

It was clean and spacious! They offered great complimentary breakfast and 3 evenings of complimentary social dinner which was so nice for our family not to have to eat out!

I wish there was more seating options in the dining room, it filled up quickly every morning. Beyond that no complaints!

We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Every where we went in the hotel was clean. The room was great!

I would have loved if they had coffee, hot tea,and hot chocolate in the evening for guests. The orange juice at breakfast was not good.

I love the breakfast Buffett and the happy hour with food and drink was outstanding.

I did not care for the bottom floor. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. Also there may have been industrial washer/dryer on the other side of the wall? Whatever it was caused the headboard to vibrate loudly waking me and keeping me awake

The Breakfasts each morning was Great. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was great for long stays. Hot tub nice.

Pool could have been warmer. Bathroom lighting could be better for putting on make up.
