This is a beautiful house with views across farms and horse country to the Rockies including Pikes Peak. Glorious sunsets, a running stream by the patio and luxurious accommodations. My bedroom was really beautiful as is the whole downstairs apartment. So many amenities I didn't take advantage of because I was away at the Elizabeth Celtic Festival, but were there. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The hosts were lovely and gracious. I would definitely stay again.

Janet and Dennis are stellar hosts. Kind, generous, informative, funny, welcoming, and extremely proud of their beautiful house. The guest book with things to do and see, places to eat, places to worship, along with the freshly made cookies , made for a perfect stay. The house itself was decorated perfectly and was so comfortable. Loved the theater. The view was spectacular. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be back.

What a four night treat, for us, to have found Peak Valley Manor! (We were in Colorado Springs for family reunion.) Our hosts, Dennis & Janet, were a wonderful added bonus, being the most hospitable, gracious, delightful & helpful hosts, yet never intrusive! They made every effort to work around our schedule, for breakfast, when we needed to leave earlier than planned :) Their B&B is incredible inside & out! It is SO serene, with breathtaking beautiful views of the mountains & countryside. We would definitely LOVE to stay there again! Oh, the beds are so comfortable!! We cannot recommend Peak Valley Manor highly enough! A+++

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like! It was SO wonderful & tranquil inside & out... just calming! The amenities were lovely, clean & SO well cared for! They even have a movie theater for you privately to enjoy!!! WOW!

The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. They made us feel extremely welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The farmhouse is comfy, roomy, beautifully decorated, and the views are stunning. We loved the cinema room and used it to our advantage both nights we stayed. Wonderful experience!

This is to our opinion not a 5-star ranking, but more likely a 7-star ranking. This wonderful house is situated in the country side and has a beautiful garden including a lovely sight on the mountains. We had face to face with the hosts and they gave us a very warm and personal welcome. For sure we will book this house/room again whenever we're in this neighborhood.

So grateful for this beautiful space and perfect location. Everything that you could possibly want or need is provided. Evenings in the theatre, watching movies and mornings on the porch with my coffee and the Mountain View’s were my favorite things to do. The breakfast every morning was amazing! Dennis and Janet were the perfect hosts with great recommendations for dining. The home is beautifully decorated, while offering a cozy and warm welcome. This was a much needed and incredibly relaxing trip. Thank you Dennis and Janet for sharing your beautiful home!!

Quiet, Peaceful. I love the views of the mountains in seeing pike's peak in the distance covered in snow. This place was awesome, the host Dennis and Janet were very good people, they went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, the hospitality was 10+ they were there when you needed them in weren't when you didn't. I Enjoyed the homemade cookies that was provided in the breakfast every morning was well worth it. Me, ( Catherine) in my husband, (Carl). We enjoyed ourselves and can see ourselves returning again. I want to say thanks to our host Janet & Dennis, you both are very kind in loving.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful Peak Valley Manor was because you’d have to stay there to see! The views were amazing and it was a peaceful feeling to sit outside and look at Pikes Peak! The hosts Janet & Dennis treated us like family and served wonderful breakfasts.

Felt like home! Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the mountain view was gorgeous! The home theater was a great bonus as well. Very quiet with no disturbance. The host were friendly and welcoming as well. We can't wait to come back as repeat guests!

We were a little further away from Colorado Springs attractions than we had originally thought. Took about 30-35 mins to get to anything, but we still had a wonderful time.

Fantastic hosts and location! Far enough from town to enjoy the peace and quiet, yet close enough to go for dinner or whatever else you may want to do. Greeted at arrival and given a tour of the property and fresh homemade cookies!

Nothing to dislike! Seriously, was way more than I expected.
