The water park had a very strong bleach smell. They did have a lot for the kids to enjoy. Vending machines isn’t your traditional vending machine. They link your key room to use at vending machines but the ones I tried to use didn’t recognize my key. Frustrating to say the least.

I loved the water park and the location. We had a room facing the beautiful mountain so after the fun we were able to enjoy looking at the scenery of Colorado Springs.

Having to walk through the activities that aren’t covered by the hotel stay to get to the water park was challenging because the kids want to do all the other fun things as well but it would have cost an additional $75 each.

Kids thought the food was less tasty than it should be for the prices. They said it was "overpriced cafeteria food from school"

The indoor waterpark definitely exceeded our expectations! The rock climbing, sky walk , bowling and mini golf were also an added bonus to the water park.

The staff was excellent every place we went. The lifeguards were attentive, friendly, and professional. Everyone was so helpful.

Food was pricey- but it is anywhere now and portions were big. So not really a big deal.

Breakfast fruit and cinnamon roll were good. I didn't love the eggs, (overcooked); sausage was greasy, I prefer maple sausage. Iced tea wasn't great. I'd love it if they offered carrot juice, or grapefruit juice.

Breakfast food quality and no room service for food. We travelled with a toddler so it would have been nice to have the option of ordering from our room.
