The room was spacious, clean, & perfect for what we needed for our getaway. Breakfast was really good!

There were some minor damages to the room that needed repair. Broken door hinge, missing light switch... There is a $500 deposit at check-in that I wasn't aware of until I arrived for check-in. I'm still a little nervous about it being returned to my credit card as I'm writing this. As I understand, people have done horrendous damage to the property so hopefully, this will help keep people accountable. I loved this room for the price and would definitely choose it again!

I like breakfast considering it is the most important meal of the day. You can fill up your belly early in the morning. I enjoy the staff they are super friendly and made it a delight to stay.! The room was fully equipped with everything you could need for a luxury stay or even an extended one. My family vacations will definitely involve this lovely place. The price is beyond fair for the quality.

I didn't like the way individuals treat their property, but i can see they do their best to keep up with the destruction of ignorance.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Our room was large (we got the 2br/2ba loft), clean, quiet, and comfortable with good linens and towels. Location was good, many stores and restaurants nearby and no more than 30 minutes from any local attractions. Good value for a family with teenagers who needed space and a kitchen.

The property overall is a little run down. We had a leak under the sink in our room that we didn’t notice until checking out (we never opened that cabinet).

It is a very comfortable place to stay. I met up with my brother from out of state to stay here so we don't overcrowd our in-town family's home. We have plenty of room to spread out and to have some of our own personal space. We have been here the last 3 Thanksgiving holidays. It is very convenient to have breakfast before we head out each day. Very good!

One night the outside lights weren't on, or at least early in the evening making it harder to see from the parking lot into our room. It snowed while we were there, and the sidewalks, steps were not shoveled although it was only an inch or 2 of snow...But we would rather not have the money spent on shoveling if the prices stay affordable!

Loved the value and location. The breakfast was excellent and easy to make. Loved the kitchen and size of the room. Only unfavorable comment I can add is some construction was started in the unit across the way and I heard some early morning noise but other than that a good safe place to stay while visiting and exploring Colorado springs.

The room was spacious. neatly organized and arranged. and the large bathroom. There was enough lighting and lamps. and I liked that there was an extra bed setting for the couch bed.

The bed was rather Firm. And only two pillows. that could have been enough dishes for four people instead of two. The faucet in the sink appeared to leak around the knobs. but otherwise worked well.

Comfortable beds, somewhat older facility but very clean. Had all the kitchen facilities if we wanted to cook. Decent hotel breakfast, basic fare. Good coffee. Great value for the price.

Only there one night during a crazy snowstorm with 1 foot of snow in a day. Not ideal to be placed on the 2nd floor with snow on the outside stairs. Would have been nice to be placed on 1st floor. Would stay again just not in the snow.

Great suites, comfortable beds and nice staff. The breakfast was great as well. Only suggestion is, if you are going to stay here, bring your fire stick or Roku stick with you. The cable only allows for a few channels. We had our roku stick and we're able to connect it to the free wifi.

Very few channel on TV. Had to buy a roku stick to see any games.

I think the whole experience was great. My room had your basic essentials, just like a tiny apartment. It was super clean, and even the beds were soft and amazing. I will be looking forward to a future stay here.

I was on the second floor however I did get upgraded for free. Zero dislikes I can't wait to come back!

It was a good location and the room was spacious and a good quality for the price. Came with cooking utensils, cups plates etc. along with dish soap, dish washer liquid, coffee and toaster.

Only negative was our patio light wasn’t working
