I like the fact there is no deposit. Having a kitchenette saves me money. The housekeeping staff is not nosy nor do they bother the guests. It is pretty quiet and all appliances worked as they should.

I looked between the head of the bed and wall and it was awful. I don't think it has ever been cleaned. The microwave needed wiped out. I was denied toilet paper and fresh towels on day 3 even though the policy stated they will be replenished after day 3 on a stay less than 7 days. I work daytime hours 10a to 6p sometimes later. Any time I attempt to contact the property I get jo response. So now here I am at 8:51 pm with a guaranteed reservation and I can't use the room because it's after 7pm? I made every attempt to contact the property.

EVERYTHING!!! All of the amenities we needed which other establishments could not offer even at a much larger rate!!! After adding my own toaster oven, I had a complete kitchen!!! Close (but not too close) to restaurants and grocers - beautiful scenery with a very accessible, well maintained trail of 37 miles!!! Right out back!!! Beautiful wildlife - families of deer keeping short distance making this such a desirable stay - every time we returned from outing I felt as though we were coming home - my partner, who is visually impaired, came out of a “shell” during our stay - he simply loves the way it feels here!!!

Cant stay forever

The staff was awesome at checking chit chatting really made a huge difference after such a long day in the car..I did not even notice the tune it took .they also took the time to listen and set up for copoilt to arrive without any obstacles even if they were gone for evening over all left alone quite and member they have kitchens in every room so no need to eat out for every meal...not pots or pans plates or anything but dollar tree is less then 5min away off woodman and academy east of hotel and Walmart is less then 2 miles or so maybe 3

That they did not allow pets ots was 100° out and my show kitty's were stuck in heat in truck ..

It is very private, no one bothers you. Able to come and go as we please. Able to have guests ( most hotels don't allow guests anymore) very accommodating.

You can't renew you room on Sundays. Our renewal date was 5/25/25 but we couldn't pay cuz the system was shut down on Sundays. So we had to check out..only to check back in Monday morning. That was very frustrating.

Everything was up to par. I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Colorado Springs.

I didnt like the hours the staff was on duty.. there was no one at the desk after 7pm.. Having better access to the staff would have been nice.

The location was convenient. We had easy access to our room. The staff was friendly..

The bed could have had a better frame underneath.

Very clean and comfortable. With great amenities. The studio was the perfect lodging found close to Garden of the Gods.

Aaron at the front desk is always very polite and always greets you with a smile. More places could use a person like him to make it more welcoming!
