The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and service in the lobby bar and restaurant was exceptional. We had Lance as our server and he was wonderful. The staff at the front desk and the janitorial staff were great as well.

I did not appreciate being charged for parking when it was not indicated when I booked, and I paid $500 for a two-night stay. The parking should be included. It was very off putting, although not expensive. My entire time here, there were numerous parking spots -- no issue with space. You should really change this. Also, the beds were only so so. Consider more comfortable bedspreads.

This was our second time visiting the Marriott Colorado Springs. The hotel has a very warm and friendly feel to it with everyone from business people to families staying there. The staff are just lovely and super helpful. We ate in the restaurant quite a lot as the food was really good. Our room was really spacious and very clean. The facilities at the hotel are great, we used the gym most days.

The hotel is in a great location to the AF Academy, Garden of the Gods, and other C. Springs locations. The rooms are nice and clean and the bar and restaurant are good. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect for a reunion.

The location was perfect. We loved our Mountain View.

No towel racks, shower leaked onto the floor, the sink clogged, no soap, shampoo, or conditioner dispenser in the shower, no place to set shower items in the shower except on the shower floor. The rooms needed more plug ins as well.

My consiere level room was not ready and had to take a much lower floor level than I wanted and paid for.

The property was beautiful

We arrived at 345pm for our 4pm check in and had to wait an HOUR for our 3 room to be finished being cleaned. And then they weren’t even together. We had to take 1 room 2 floors from the rest of our family.

The breakfast buffet was superb. My granddaughter wanted pancakes and they were more than willing to serve them since they were not included on the buffet. By the way, I tried them and they were the best pancakes I have ever had. Your wait staff was very friendly and on top of their service. I was very impressed.

Pool could have been open, but that was not your fault.

I wasn't dressed up as I was on a road trip trying to be comfortable nd the lady at the desk at very first glance gave wierd you don't belong here type vibe Parking could use some work.

The quality of the facility and the service from the staff.

I did not expect the extra charge for parking we had to pay. I don't recall this being asked for during past stays at this facility.

Breakfast was delicious, however on the Concierge floor they ran out of breakfast on Sunday. View excellent

Business Center seemed to be lacking. Free Wifi did not work well.
