The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast had lots of tasty options ( especially the yogurt machine ), the pool and hot tub were nice, the view was amazing, the location was pretty easy to find, the shower water pressure was one of the best I’ve ever experienced

For my family the beds were fairly uncomfortable and hard ( I do have a hard time finding good comfortable beds in most hotels though ), we had 2 rooms and were having lots of issues with the key cards not working for one room or the other throughout the stay ( had to get them reprogrammed at the front desk multiple times), the dresser drawers were kind of hard to open,

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast. It was mostly the same thing each morning; eggs with either bacon or sausage, biscuits, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, and a pancake maker. This helped us tremendously as I knew my children were going to have something they could enjoy every morning. The location was fantastic. Close to everything especially food. I enjoyed the view the best.

The only downside was housekeeping. I had to set my trash out regularly as they typically didn't come to our room. Once I asked for fresh sheets and twice I asked for fresh towels. It wasn't a deal breaker for our family, as we are used to keeping things clean at home.

There was a self-serve espresso machine in the breakfast area, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast had several options, including scrambled eggs and a meat choice daily. The room was very clean. I loved the huge shower head in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and I felt like the property was in a safe area. There were some reviews I read about potholes in the parking lot, but that's unavoidable in the state of Colorado! Just park in the front and they were not bad. Great location, near Garden of the Gods.

Breakfast servers had a hard time keeping up with the demand for food. Had to wait on several items each day we ate in the lobby. We were not in a hurry, but you could see a few guests getting frustrated.

The elevator was not working so we did not have our scheduled room with a Mountain View. Since I had just had cervical spine surgery and was not able to take the stairs to the second floor we obtained a room on the first floor. Your staff was quite helpful and gracious. We were in Colorado Springs to visit my niece who a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Our room and linens were very clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable.

Such a great stay we re-routed our weekend road trip to spend out second night there too! Convenient to I-25, almost ZERO road noise, rooms went completely dark after we covered the clock. The view and setting is amazing. Hot/cold Breakfast was plentiful, neat and tidy, dining area was spacious and quiet.

We were staying a week and upon the 6th day the coffee machine broke down I was very upset they could at least brought in cafe’s of coffee. The nice staff member said it would take several weeks to fix I was’nt happy. I had to ask for room coffee kerig cups and staff member didn.t seem too happy to give us extra cups.

the staff was very helpful, I booked on booking.com and ended up booking 2 different nights, they made it really easy to check out and back in the next morning. They had the paperwork waiting for me to sign and initial and ensured I stayed in the same room for the 2 nights I booked. They were also very professional and courteous in general.

the fans were not functioning in the fitness room so it felt stuffy in there because there was nothing to circulate the air in the small room. Also, the pillows were not very comfortable.

The location was perfect for our needs and the view of the mountains was great. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the bed was pretty comfortable.

Breakfast options were not great for people with food allergies. There were omelets, which would have been good, if they didn't have onions and peppers in them. I would recommend having some available without the extras in them or just standard scrambled eggs as well as the omelets.

Amazingly clean, breakfast is rotating between two menus. Everything is well organized. Coffee and hot water available in the breakfast area 24/7. Staff is amazing and all friendly. No complains what so ever! The shower is AMAZING, the shower head rains down very well and the pressure is good too. It’s gently and efficient.

Danielle at the front desk is nothing short of excellent. She works very hard to provide the highest quality of customer service. she’s incredibly attentive to the needs of guests, has a very professional attitude, she is always courteous, always offering any additional help to my family, and is the sole reason my family and I decided to comeback after staying in early November of 2022 and interacting with her. As someone who has worked previously in the hotel industry I can assure you that she is the exact person I would want as a co-worker on staff and she deserves the highest of high recognition for her attitude and work ethic alone. I hope your ownership and management team knows how lucky you are to have her in customer service
